I will NEVER recommend Hargray to anyone ever! They are the worst provider Ive ever used. It seems that our bill kept increasing every few months with new taxes and fees and were paying a crazy amount of money for a slow internet that didnt even work on my laptop (which they told me wasnt picking up internet signal because it had a virus..WRONG, I now have centurylink and it works just fine.) I also have used my laptop with road runner internet and it also works fine, they lie. Then they tried to charge us to have someone come out to because their internet wasnt working, not our fault. Customer service was also rude almost every time I called. Also the cable they provided hardly worked and when it did the history channel would never have sound, but every other channel would. I always had to restart the cable box in order to get it to turn on and to use the on demand channels that also never really worked. Basically if you can avoid hargray I advise you do. I have recently moved out of SC and now use directv and love it!

Useless, stupid cable company. I made an appointment to have cable connected to the television in my bedroom. A technician came out today and told me Ill need to hire an electrician to hook up a cable jack in my bedroom before they can connect cable to it. So what was the point of the technician coming over in the first place? To plug in a cord?!?! Im pretty sure I could have done that myself had the cable jack already been there. Ive had experience with other cable companies in the past that will hook up the cable jack for you in your home wherever you want it. Hargray, plain and simple...you suck!

Awful rude service!!! They said they cant run a cable from one room to another, but theyre a cable company. This is bull!!! The only people using this company are those that have to! I called back, and spoke with a nice person. She said they could activate a new box next Thursday and run the cable from an adjacent bedroom. The first person that I spoke to needs to get out of customer service because she was rude.

Hargray is the worst cable provider in my area. Their DVR has half the capacity of Directv and was not even compatible with my Sony projector. Add to this terrible customer service and the highest prices in my area and you wonder why anyone would use their services. I also have phone service and it cuts out on a daily basis.

This company has promised my father since MARCH to connect new equipment desperately required to continue existing service. Now •all• they can commit to is SOMETIME IN MAY. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY!!! IF YOU HAVE THIS SERVICE SWITCH WHILE YOU CAN! THEY HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY AND COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wish I could give negative review. This place is such a joke. Over 150.00 for just basic cable and low speed internet. Just the internet would be over 100.00. The customer Services is a complete joke. Do not chat with them, you will get the same rude girl every time.

Whoever wants to replace their Hargray crap tv service with directv they now have personnel reps Right inside the best buy and sams club! They saved me like 50$/mth off my bundle and I LOVE IT!!!!! It Never cuts out in bad weather anymore!
