Ive tried to get installation several times. My personal cell phone number was given to an installation technician in Indiana who called me to set up services. I called back to explain this to the customer service representative who did not take the time to listen to what I was saying or understand what I wanted. This company is unorganized and a joke. I will pay the extra $$ and go with Windstream, Id prefer better service.

Weve had them for over a year and live in Roaming Shores. We got the 100mb package which is really more like 2mb. Weve called them over 50 times for repair and they only came 4 times and said nothing was wrong and that it was our router. I bought the best router money can buy and still only get 2mb download and 1mb upload. Im going to sue them. Plus these morons have a Data Cap.

They are a good alternative Internet Provider, they are new so yes some services take awhile to get up to speed. I have had them for 2.5 years now and yes i still have small issues but they take care of it just as fast or faster than Spectrum would.
