am paying 74 a month. Im not getting the speed Im paying for via internet. I called customer service after waiting for a very long time , I was passed on to someone else. Im also paying for Basic channels, most of which are infomercials. I wanted to cancel my cable and get what Im paying for internet wise but the guy I was speaking with kept trying to upgrade and sell me. He put me on hold numerous times in the end I gave up with him. I wanted better service for a better price. Because of huge lack of Customer Service I am taking my business elsewhere. I also have red floating spots on my TV screen from the cable service Im getting. I went to chat with customer service on this site but the que was at 65! I worked for TWC, Im well aware that you guys have to pitch 3x but more importantly you have to listen to the customer. Why I wasnt I put thru to retention is beyond me. I had no idea that TWC had such horrible service and customer care wise... wow! I worked my tail off to keep people happy and listen to there needs. I know the job sucks but people just want to feel that someone cares even if you have to fake it. Pitching and putting me on hold was like communicating to the wall. I know they tape record conversations and that your graded on hitting these selling points but if I was in Customer Care there I would have NEVER lost me as a customer.

I went into the Spectrum office on Wick Road today 5/15/2017 to pay my bill. I was assisted by Teresa. I told her I wanted to pay my bill and since we had a storm a few weeks ago and service was out for 24 hours if there should be some credit. She got an attitude and told me that it was the electric that was out and not the cable. I said no, the electric was out for an hour but the cable was down for 24 hours. She continued to argue apparently assuming I did not know the difference between electric and cable. I told my credit card from her and asked for a supervisor, she said there was no supervisor and kept saying "bye bye bye" I went outside for a second and went back in and was assisted by the other representative who proceeded to tell my DirectTV or Armstrong would not give me credit. Well I didnt know she worked for them and I was not talking about DirectTV I was talking about Spectrum. I paid my bill promising I would call customer service and complain about Teresa attitude. Teresa proceeded to yell at me as I was leaving the store, in front of customers. It bad enough the service sticks and not the customer service reps are abusive.

I had time warner for years with no issues as soon as spectrum took over my bill went up $50 in one month I called to ask if anything can be done I was told they would put me on there new promotion which git my bill back down to wear it was however the cut off a bunch of channels .like any channel worth watching and left me the crap. So I dropped tv and just kept the internet and then all of a sudden my Internet wouldnt stay connected after never having an issue for years all of a sudden I dont have a stable connection then after 2 techs coming out and a few hours on the phone and 2 weeks later and a new modem it finally seems to be a bit better. However Im not getting the new customer price for the internet which I should because I was told they would "treat me like a new customer" but I guess that doesnt apply after you drop there bs tv.

Thanks for giving me all the equipment that i needed! I didnt get a remote or a coaxial cable! How dumb are you people? Also you idiots need to come out here and turn your service on at the telephone pole, you failed to mention this! My dog is smarter than you morons and he is retarded!!!!!! Time Warner Cable is terrible especially this office. You must of all been educated on the streets of Youngstown! I bet i am paying for your familys welfare too!!!!

Rip off.. took my money and I still dont have service. The lady Davia, is extremely rude, hostile, and ignorant. I believe she hates disabled adults, her attitude became hateful once I expressed my bout with cancer. She wont allow my internet service to be cut on because of a previous tenant in my home. Which has nothing to do with me. Better business bureau and Legal aid are assisting me with this matter

Theyre the only provider in the area I just moved to. Their terrible service department has straight-up no-showed 3 times without a call and has been 2+ hours late twice. Its been 3 weeks and I still have no cable or Internet at home. Terrible terrible company that has been terrible for a long time and only exists because they basically have a state-sanctioned monopoly.

Paying for the fastest internet available through the company, but I cant even watch a show online, even when the internet is not being used for anything else. I have had Time Warner in the past and hated them because of the same problem. Im remembering why I canceled my service in the first place. Get it together Time Warner.

Horrible customer service. Each time I called(3) I was told the monthly bill would be a different price. Flat out incompetence or just screwing over customers. This is why most people are going with DirecTV and AT&T. Do not do business with these hacks.

Terrible service. Do not use Time Warner. Im constantly being dropped while I try and design/develop websites. This is all the time, weekly. Usually in the mornings but come on Im paying for service, I feel like Im being scammed.

I dont dislike the store its self. I dislike the company. We got rid of out cable and kept the internet. Which is still expensive at 65.00 a month. Sadly this is the only option we have for land based service in our area
