Time Warner using subcontracting company called Baker installations they also came out to my house to install the Time Warner equipment when I got home from work I noticed that something was missing . A router was messing I search the house up and down before calling Baker installations to let them know the problem. They had to remove the router from the home to install the new equipment .I call Time Warner to let them know what was going on they assured me the problem was going to be handled. They have not handled it . I have called multiple times demanding someone from management call me. Nobody ever did. Horrible company ,horrible management ,To top it all I have had nothing but problems with my service . They dont care if someone comes into your home and takes what they want. Someone needs to be held accountable for what they did. And I will not stop until something is done to fix the problem . A structure needs to be put in place to eliminate or at least reduce the odds of this happening to anybody else ever again. . And if you read the rest of the reviews youll see that theres more than one review talking about people getting stuff stolen from their homes. Time Warner wake up and interview your subcontractors before sending them to your clients houses , it makes you look bad. Bad installations equal low customer satisfaction. Cancelling time Warner , not going back to dish and direct. ( APPLE TV ) here I come :)

I didnt think there could be a worse company on earth, then I had to deal with Spectrum. Cost went up $30 a month, and my payment date changed, with no notice to me until the service was turned off. Then my internet modem would not work. I had to take it in for a new one. The new one quit working after a couple days, so I had to get a third in less than two weeks. And, of course I had to go to their office, wait it in line, bring it home and call to activate it. So hours of my time spent dealing with it. Then my home phone with them would not work, did not work for at least three days. Want to know how much they took off my bill for these problems? Nothing, zero, nada. Basically told me that I chose to go to their office and do it myself, that I could have had their technician bring a new router and activate it. I told them I woukd have had to wait at least two days for that appointment. And again was told that was my choice.

They were suppose to come out Friday and add a line to my daughters bedroom and never showed up! I came home from work early to be at the house and didnt even get a call that they were not coming. When I called them on Monday they said they had no record of me making an appointment. Are you kidding me!!! So I was on the phone with them for over an hour to find out what happened and to set up a new appointment and got disconnected while on hold twice. Are you kidding me again!! Now it is Wednesday and I am home from work waiting on them again I called to confirm my service call and have not heard from anyone yet. A no show today and will be done with them and there horrible customer service. I been with them for 10 years and just cant take anymore price increases and terrible customer service!!!

TWC is literally the worst ISP company to ever exist. Their equipment is usually badly outdated. And the reliability of the Internet and tv is so intermittent. Yet they make their commercials look like they are so professional. And their techs are total amateurs. Problem is they are the only cable company around the area that you can get. You can go the satellite route but satellite internet is still too problematic. Its good as long as the weather is perfectly clear. I will hate this company till the day I die. They are also well known for overcharging all their customers. Everybody needs to start filing complaints with the BBB.

So far I have not been able to get an install. I scheduled an appointment last week and said that I needed the latest appointment of the day. I received a call at work from the installer at 8AM in the morning from my home. I had to reschedule for 4 days later and said that I need a call ahead so I can meeet them at my home. I received a call at 12:15 PM saying they were there at my home. I left work and arrived there about 15 minutes later. They had already left. I called the dispatcher ( a sub-contract installer ) and was told they cant wait there all day. The worst customer service ever! I still have no service.

Constant price increases, existing customers pay more than new customers, and old hardware are what you can expect. We gave everything back, and there was not one question from the customer service representative as to why we were leaving their service. They didnt care. They said we had another cable modem, that we had for 11 years, that was replaced by a new modem when we upgraded to Time Warners phone system and were going to charge us $65 for it. We asked if we could file a complaint. We were told that there was no way to complain.

Worst experience EVER customer service sucks. I set an appt for service to be set up online. Then the Friday before I went in to local store to verify appt. Yet on appointment day no one EVER showed to install saying the see my appt in computer but no time slot. Went back into store because I wanted to talk to a supervisor I was told they dont have one for this location. Very upset and no longer even want services from them very unprofessional.

Spectrum...completely over rated, over priced, & forget about talking to tech support from the U.S. I had to talk to someone a few times on support chat. I spoke to people with a name not only could I not pronounce, but none of them corrected the problems either. I had to return cable box and it still doesnt work. As far as Im concerned, Spectrum is a hoax!

TIME WARNER SUCK!!!! HAD A TECH COME OUT WHO STALKED ME AND THEN ROBBED MY HOUSE TW DID NOTHING TOLD ME THEY R ALL SUBCONTRACTORS!!!! ALSO WENT THRU 3 BOXES NOW NOT ONE WORKS AND THE OTHER TECH WHO TOOK THE OTHER BOXES NEVER TOOK THEM OFF OF THE BILL!!!! I HATE TIME WARNER IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND OR DESTROYED!!

This is a good one. When I bought my house I had Time Warner come out. I have a tri-level house and the feed comes in the garage so the tech put the cable drop at the floor of the garage which is 4 foot up the wall in the downstairs living room, then was trying to charge me $25 for that

Is it possible to give less than one star? Ridiculously high prices, horrific customer service, crappy equipment.... Do yourself a favor and go with someone else. Anyone else. Put on a puppet show to entertain your family instead and avoid paying them over $300 a month.
