Really disappointed that they changed their name to Spectrum and the service cost went through the roof! Not only that, but we never had a problem with the internet when it was with Bright House and now its so slow that you cant even watch a YouTube video. They will probably lose us as customers now! I would rather not have cable! We used to pay $130 for two boxes (one DVR) and internet and now after the fancy name change, we were billed $190.00! $190.00 for cable and internet! Are they out of their minds? I mean really, are we paying for all of their new signs and commercials about the stupid name change???? Really irritated, pissed off ex customer here!!!!

Brighthouse was great... However, Spectrum is a profit driven corporate entity that is the antithesis of what Brighthouse was... Sad merger... The counter people are great, but even they are overwhelmed by the negative impact of their acquistion by Spectrum and the large scale repudiation/defection of customers.

Disgustingly long hold times just to get a customer service rep who cant speak english. Horrible experience just trying establish WiFi service. My 60 minute phone call resulted in no service, I guess Spectrum / Bright house doesnt want my business. Horrible experience!!

Ever since Spectrum took over Bright House, the cost of internet service has gone up from $54 to $76 a month. Not only is the price terrible but service connection goes out for several hours. It should be $40 a month for a crappy connection.

Just so over cable. Went thru extreme schedule change on our end to accomodate them. They did not come to the house just called. Missed their call so they cancelled. Waited for nothing. What happened to customer service? Gone I guess.

Horrible.....do not believe the workers at this new spectrum..its still bright house to some , but to others new rules and rip offs...these scripts they teach people..how do they sleep at night.. Im done.. the worst company around.

While weve had trouble from time to time due to old cable in our area, we always get someone out to help us quite quickly. Prices are reasonable for such good speed. No complaints. Internet/phone service only review.

Management needs to teach their employees here on how to be courteous and nice to the customers. Almost every visit to this place the customer service reps very rude or condescending in their tone.
