Why dont you tell us what things cost? A tour of the website shows that Brighthouse is no longer servicing customers, it is preying on them. Just try to find out how much the different levels of phone service cost both singly and in a bundle. Not there. Try to find out pricing for the different internet services bundled and singly. Not there. How about television service alone and in bundles? Not there. Now bop over to the slider, much advertised and celebrated by Brighthouse. Cool! Lets put together a package of standard television, national calling plan phone and standard internet. YOU CAN"T DO IT. If they were our friend, they would be looking out for our interest and be proud to tell us the great values they have for their services in any combination we choose. Instead, ashamed of their own tactics, they only hawk those few plans that net them the most profit. Brignthouse styles itself our friend. Friends practice full disclosure. Friends dont hand you a statement that says "bundled services......$150" a friend gives you an itemized bill. Im drastically reducing what I spend with this predator. I recommend everybody do the same. Lets make this puppy heel.

Customer service is terrible now. I had free cable at my residence and without notice, they started charging me and back dated it to January, so now I was just billed $295. I dont even use the cable. I only had it because they told me when moved in last year that it was free so to just get it. The lady was so rude. Talking down to me for wanting to cancel the cable now and asking me how will I afford the internet if I dont have a job (Im a disabled veteran on a fixed income) not that it was any of her business. She was very rude to me. It took me at least 10 times of telling her I do not want the cable anymore before she would cancel it for me. They refuse to refund any of the money the deducted through auto pay for these outrageous charges that I was not made aware of. Im honestly about to just take the slower internet and switch to at&t. At least with them they werent royal pricks on the phone and were always quick to make the customer happy.

Had a group of guys over with lots of food and brewskis to watch the Wisconsin- Maryland basketball game... between the two teams tied for first in the Big Ten. Listed on the Brighthouse/Spectrum guide, and has for days. Brighthouse/Spectrum decides they will prefer to show an elderly woman showing how to cook something on the stove. The nice guy at B/S says in fact they have no commitment to showing anything the guide says they will- they only show what theyre sent, regardless what their guide says they will. He said I needed to "call CBS." No Mr Spectrum... if I send my $$$ to you, I call you. Get it? We found it streaming live on the internet, and cast it to the 65-incher- perfect! Now I know why people are "cutting the cable!" Spectrum takes your money, but says it has no control over what they deliver to you for your dollars. Time to cut Spectrum.....

A customer for 5 years. My bill just kept getting higher for the same service. Never missed a payment but just kept getting charged more and more - from under a $100 a month at the start to over $160 and climbing - again without changing anything on my end. Service dropped multiple times last year, sometimes for days, because they changed a zone, or their cable from the box to the house failed. Today the modem they charge me for every month failed. Brighthouse will not price compete. They dont have to because they have a monopoly and when you have a monopoly you can provide and unreliable product at a high price backed by bad customer service.

I was told that there was an issue with our credit card when processing our monthly payment which they are supposed to do automatically. They told me that my bank will not accept the charge and I will have to deal with the bank directly. The next week a charge of over $20,000 yes more than twenty thousand dollars appeared on my credit card from Bright house. I reported it immediately to them and to this date not 1 call back to correct the issue. I have advised the bank of the illegal credit card fraud by Bright house

The worse customer service ever. I have gone in twice and the so called customer service rep is nasty and a smart ass. She is the heavy set woman. My advice to her if you do not like your job quit. Dont get smart with ppl and be an ass you dont know how ppls days are going. From now on I will avoid this location and advise all others too as well. As for bright house they are terrible as well. How can a company that owns Comcast as well be bad at customer service as well as pricing for service when Comcast is better

Our bill has gone up each month since March. $20 total. I keep battling to bring it down - they keep changing rates. $146 for one tv and internet is outrageous. They said the lower rates are available for new customers only. Looks like loyalty gets you nothing but a higher bill. BUT the alternative is a contract with DISH. That would be out of the frying pan and into the fire. This cable provider is much worse since Spectrum too over.

Been a customer for many years. Spectrum takes over and jumps my bill $30 for no reason. Gives new subscribers a deal that is half what I have been paying. Contacted them with no success on this issue. Terminated service and went to Direct TV and AT&T for phone and internet. Saving about half of what I was paying by switching. It pays to shop around for a better deal. Spectrum seems to be very greedy.

Terrible experience with this company. They dont show up for appointments, they will lie and say that nobody was home. The bills will continue to increase so if you have this service watch closely and call if there is any change! I have had one year of problems with our cable and no resolution. I think we gave them plenty of chances to fix this. Goodbye Brighthouse!!!

Spectrum is very unprofessional.. I really hope I could find other Internet provider in deltona.. this is really bad customer service, they even can transfer from their own department ( payment department to bilingual department ) the bill amount from payment department and billing department is different amount.. very super bad

This company is not the big deal but AT&T is worse so I better get bright house AT&T treat you good in the beginning but later on, they take the nails out and screw you BH is better than AT&T, before I have at&t and is the worst now I have dh and is much better

Brighthouse was formerly a great company. Great customer service, products and pricing. Since the Spectrum takeover, the opposite has occurred.Customer service is terrible, prices have skyrocketed and service gone downhill too. Avoid this company in 2017

Customer service went down hill and internet does not work. they have been out twice since sunday and can not get wifi throughout house....it is in one room only. even the service tech said everything about Spectrum SUCKS! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!!!
