They dont deserve even a 1 star first the Internet (*******)sucks so much its not even worth having we are in an area that for some reason isnt serviced by what seems to be anyone else now that is odd then when you call you have to be on hold for an hour to speak to a human most likely because everyone is having problems with their services we have had the Internet for 1 week and in 7 days weve had 3 "technicians" come out and do the same thing every time witch of course doesnt work and this last guy says it your router you mean the one we bought brand new 7 days ago right and my guess is that was the problem for the other people whos Internet is just like ours crap he was very disrespectful the second he got here when he went outside he slammed the door so hard the windows shook he just really had a horrible attitude I would tell you his name and tell you to run if he comes to your house but he never even introduced himself and when he finally left he didnt even start the Internet back up we had to do that ourselves bottom line cancel with this crap for a company and just use the Internet from your cell phone until you move or another company decides to come to your area

Spectrums dishonest when they schedule an appointment for service at your home. If you dont ask if theres a fee for a service call, they conveniently neglect the tell you there is one. Then, next month, youll see a service fee on the bill. When I called to ask what that was for, they said it was for the technician to replace my box. Note: My box failed because it was a refurbished box and the electronics failed. I could see paying a service fee if this was elective, not repair related. But to fix their error? Come on. Also, to add insult to injury, I asked them to reverse the fee. They said that they would not reverse the fee because I should have just swapped the box out at a local office? Wait... this wasnt even presented as an option during the technical call. Very disappointed in this company. If there was another option for cable service, it would be "See ya" to Spectrum.

For this facility you get 4 stars. Ive been dropping and picking up boxes and hardware from this location for a few years. They are always courteous and as helpful as they can be. I have to take off for the overall company which gets a 1 star rating overall. There is a multitude of problems with this company. Bad box designs both hardware and software, user interface sucks for all levels of boxes, separate Internet and cable boxes which are all huge and archaic looking. And not to mention the pricing and package costs!!! Insane. Now they have released their new system to fix dead spots in your Internet and such? Why dont you get your existing gear working well before you push a whole new system? If youre forced to use bright house in your area like we are, do yourself a favor and drop the money for TiVo. Well worth the investment.

They force you to take phone service you dont want. You ask for a credit and it take a month to receive it. You make a payment in full and without notice they cut your service, when you call they say you have more to pay to reinstate your service. You make the payment with a debit card and expect to have your service back on but then they say its pending and it will take time for bank to process the payment because it was charged as credit. No one bothered to mention in order to have service on immediately reinstated you must go make a cash payment at their office. Terrible customer service and business practice. What a monopoly! Shame on you, spectrum! No wonder so many people are cutting the cord.

For the fourth time in 16 months my box has decided to die. Well I can quit my job and stay home so they can be late to bring me another old recycled box 2 hours after my service "WINDOW". I do not blame them, I should have found an alternative long ago. I dont know if there is a better alternative, but I doubt there is any worse. To make the situation almost funny is my customer service rep could not tell me the hours for their Sanford location. I finally gave up and called again and it took 10 minutes to figure it out. Please let me know when you find a better company.

Told me I would get a $200 fee to reduce my internet service then go back to the faster one at a later time. Only because I was not charged a $200 fee to set it up originally when it was bright house (and not spectrum, with spectrums horrible policies). Everything is already set up and connected and running for this service. They want money they didnt earn from back when it was a different company, just because bright house didnt have ridiculous $200 charges in effect.

terrible. long story short. I start $39-150 mgb/s. I was happy. Then their guy called me to offer a 2-month free 200 mgb/s plan. I agreed . Then after 2-month, they started to charge me $54-200mgb/s. I ask to back to what was. You know what they say? they said the previous plan was gone, so you have to stay 200mgb/s. In the end up with I back to $39-100mgb/s. So I lost my good plan bcz they offered me a trap. Keep eyes on this greedy company, guys

Very busy. 2 serving at the counter 20 in the queue as I arrived. Process slow but due to the system not the staff. Recommend they have 1 person handling equipment exchanges and drop off with the other doing account set up etc. People in the queue super friendly despite the situation and all happily accommodated an older gentleman who was differently abled, to allow him to go first as he arrived. Long wait but overall a good experience.

Worst company and service -- EVER! They can care less about their customer, only about money. This is their corporate culture that transcends all levels of employees. They are a big part of the reason why consumers cancel cable, and I believe they will become obsolete with Internet options for content becoming more and more prevalent. The will go the way of Blockbuster and the Blackberry phone.

Even 1 star is too much for the crappy service they provide and the worst customer service. The monthly charge they proposed for TV and internet was 72$ in my work order and they charge 132$ without any notice. When asked they dont have answer, they just redirect your calls. The service is much better in many developing countries like mine for example than here in brighthouse .

The worst cable and internet ever!!! Bad service, bad channels, DVR works 1/2 the time and rates are whatever they feel like charging. Increases all the time without notice. You would think with all the complaints that someone would compete against them or that Bright House would try and get better but it has been this way for 10+ years. Terrible !!!!!

My sister decided to put cable in my name without me knowing it and racked up a bill for 324 dollars from 6 years ago. I am so hurt that she would do this i told the customer service person that i did not live at that resident 6 years ago she said i had to prove i wasnt living there and i said that is kind of hard bc i was homeless at the time
