Horrible service - Called for install no problem, installer out within several days. He arrives but the line was apparently cut due to prior owners satellite service. He wanted to string a line in the air although all lines are underground did not offer a temporary line on the ground for service. He would schedule the line install but did know how and his boss would have to schedule. I called service rep the following day after receiving no updates. The customer rep said they would be out on Thursday. Called Thursday after receiving no email confirmation, customer now said line order was never placed. I had to now reorder the whole package again and now the line will not be installed till October 10 with service hook up on October 11. Called for answers no call back from anyone. Turn in box from old house and the customer line is at the door. Now told possible Nov for line install. No phone No service or anything.

1 day after installation ( Friday morning ) my cable box wouldnt work. I called Time Warner ( Saturday morning ) and was told they would bring out a new box between 3 pm and 5 pm , they never came. I called Time Warner and she wanted to schedule an appointment for Tuesday , I said I would drive to the store in Mentor on Monday . Oh and guess what ??? Manufacturing date on my broken box said March 2008 on the label . This box has been passed around like a five dollar bill for probably 6 years. I believe they plug it in to make sure the lights come on then pass it back out to the next guy like me. This is not that complicated Time Warner , follow through on what you say to the customer . Hire competent employees whether they work off shore or not , and do not lie. I believe a call to the Ohio Attorney General is in order and I urge everyone who is having issues write a letter like I plan to do !!!!

Terrible service. The customer service representatives are useless. Ive contacted TWC for over two months times regarding internet and phone interruptions before they sent a technician out. Less than two weeks later the cable wires became detached from my home. I still had service. A technician came right away. He did NOT repair low hanging however, he managed to disconnect my service! I called TWC only to have them to tell me there are no appointments. I requested they send someone immediately and the representative transferred me to a recording that said the office was closed. I have to wait for them to fix an issued they created!! I will be searching for a new cable tv and internet provider.

This place is pathetic every time I go there theres at least 10 people waiting and only two workers at the desk they make you sign in on an iPad or maybe some knockoff version as everybody has difficulty with that you would think if they want to keep their customers they would try to make things easy this place does quite the opposite I recommend avoiding at all costs and paying shipping and handling if your returning or exchanging equipment walked in today at 11:15 AM about 15 or 20 people waiting all of them complaining that theres not enough people working turned right around and went home

The employee in the store made an appointment for installation for Thursday. I take off work and sit around waiting for the technician..... No one arrives after an hour so I call. Turns out my appointment is actually for Saturday.... Thanks so much to the "scheduler" in the Mentor store for telling me it was on Thursday so I could use up a day off of work and sit around waiting for no reason. So frustrating! I stay with TWC when friends and family tell me to switch, but its instances like this that make it really hard for me to justify staying with them.

Corporate really put the customer service staff at this local store in a bad spot - they had no digital receivers with coax output in stock! Since Spectrum caused the problem by deciding to switch all its analog cable channels to digital, with less than a months notice to customers, their management should have planned ahead to provision their storefronts with the right equipment. This does not, however, fully excuse the attitude of the front line customer service staff. Everything is the customers fault - never any apology for the inconvenience.

Absolutely terrible service. Unreliable and choppy connections almost constantly. I have been forced to deal with these incompetent drones for years due to the fact that they are the only internet provider in my area. If there was anyone else available for business I would gladly switch. They need to get it together. TWC is the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. TWC, I hope you read this review and learn something from it.

They tell you what time they will show up, and dont show. I have AT&T now, they showed up faster...lol TWC sends me mailers, about how i can save... But they are $5.00 more per month than last year... I just cannot justify paying for 104 channels of nothing but advertisments. I cannot pay for commerical TV. Cable used to be so you didnt have commericals. Now you willing pay for them. America has had the wool, pulled over its eyes, long ago.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. I am in the store right now, with 15 other people waiting. There are 4 employees in the building, only one of them is working , there were only 6 people in front of me when I came in, I have been waiting 40 min already and I am still 3rd in line! Absolutely horrible customer service both on the phone and in the store. I am going to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

Stopped in to pay my bill this afternoon and was unsatisfied with the lack of customer service. The one employee that was helping me was very rude and unprofessional. If you dont like your job then quit. So whatever you do, if you have to stop at this location dont let Sharmeka(employee) assist you. Better yet dont even visit this location. Or you will be sorry.

Horrible!! Service is so much slower than when I was with time warner. Said I was receiving a refund on my bill and still never did!!! DO NOT USE SPECTRUM!!! The techs and customer service are always grumpy and never willing to help...but if advice, shut it down... Im VERY disappointed

Went here to swich an account over to my name. There was a wait but had a screen with the names of the people waiting so you would know when you would be up. Was helped by Ron who was pleasent and felt genuine to help out. The experience was above and beyond what I expected

I wouldnt even give them one star but they dont have negative stars. Just spent another day yelling at them because my service is off. Again. Been a week and 2 service calls and still nothing. Every person I talk to sounds like theyre from India. Probably going elsewhere

I cannot even believe this company stays afloat . Absolutely the worse customer service there is. I spent literally 4 days talking to 10 different people and all telling me my bill was a different price. They are like monkeys working a cable company. Clueless morons!
