The company keeps taking payments off my cousins credit card when they were told from the start the credit card was to be used only one time for a one time payment.. The company will not reimburse my cousin in a timely fashion..It has been 2 weeks since we first asked for reimbursement to my cousins credit card and nothing yet..Spent half a day in office to speak to a supervisor and told to wait.well guess what no supervisor showed for me to speak with.. Also I have to drive one hour to get to the home office because the company also refuses to settle this matter via a phone call!!

Always change my bill every month my bill has been 200 or more every month for the last four years I am disconnecting this service and going to direct tv they just charge you what they want too and then wonder why they have no clients its just be we live in such a small area and they are the only cable company around I work 40 hours a week and have other bills to pay and a child so I cant afford these kinda prices

My experience was the exact opposite as advertised. I took the day off to pick up the equipment and hook up my TV and internet. Everything was working until Spectrum came out to connect the service. Now I dont have TV or internet and customer service told me it would be several days before they could get a technician out. Terrible experience!
