The worst internet and tv service i have ever had in my life time. I suggest everyone to stay away from this virus and garbage, you might get sick if u start using the service provides by them. I am trying to cancel the service, coz i have never done my computer works on time because of slow internet, hard to stream a single video during night time also. Plz plz plz stay away and get out of problems. The house with time warner cable service is equal to the house without internet service. How does this exist? I cant remember coz, its not elizible for any stars except the negative feedbacks. I suggest to create some negative stars for feedback too so, it can figure out the service provided by them.

Debited my account without my permission. I made a phone payment, then automatic debits began hitting my account for the next few months. My bank was being purchased by a sister bank, so my debit card was deactivated. TWC would not accept responsibility for their error of not having authorization for auto-pay. Now, I have to go in person, stand in line to pay my over-priced cable bill for 6 months because they will not admit to their error. I spoke to Customer Service 8 times, but no one knows what to do. Now, I am inconvenienced for 4 more months until I can pay online or by phone with my new debit card.

Brand new service and they cant send someone out for 5 days... Ok, thats unusual, but Im not moved in yet. They send a text the day before with a link to a tracker to the tech coming out and it doesnt work. Since it was a nice Saturday afternoon I decided to just wait on my porch for the time to come, it came, then passed. I called and the rep on the phone told me the tech was there and left a note on the door. The tech didnt walk past me to get anywhere near my door to put a tag up. This is still Comcast, not a new company a new name is just the way for them to get around the bad press.

Tried to activate service on May 25th 2017, I was told that a technician would need to come to my home. I did not have time that week to have someone come over. I called back on May 31st to schedule an appointment, when I called the person on the phone was successful at activationg my service. From May 25th to May 31st I had no service. When I called to get a credit for those days I was given a credit of only $4.55. When I asked why the representative said there are many factors taken into consideration and that was what the computer calculated. For this, I give them a poor rating.

I came in to get hardware because they wouldnt mail it to me. It took 15 minutes before I got to the counter even though I was next. Then they gave me a wifi router instead of a modem, which I didnt discover until I got home. I went back twice the next day and there were 10 people in line ahead of me with only 2 people at the counter and like 5 closed booths. I didnt feel like waiting what would have been hours, so I left and still have to find a way to exchange this thing. Theyre probably charging me for the damn router, too.

I returned my equipment to this location, and they lost it! No one can find it, and now I have to pay for it. Not to mention, they told me they would investigate and call me, instead they reported it to the credit agency. I have never written a review for a company before, but they need to structure their company in a way where the customer shouldnt be punished for their mistake. Now, I check every place that I plan to move to and make sure they have other options besides Time Warner, what a huge mistake that was!

This review is for the people working at the Severence location, not Time Warner. The people in this office are patient, friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately for them, they are in the business of trying to keep customers happy with Time Warner - nearly impossible. Ive had to trade in equipment more times than I care to count and every time, the clerks have done all they could to help and minimize the pain. Nice job! Time Warner would be amazing if it was was half as good as you all are!

Worst service ever. Im here now standing in this long line like Im waiting on free benefits or a free bundle package. Im spending hundred of dollars for there over priced service. I cant wait until Wow cable hits my area because I definitely want to switch. In back in South Euclid I used to pay $65 a month with Wow but now Im paying nearly 3 times the amount for the same damn service. You guys deserve less than a one star too!

This is probably some of the worst internet service Ive ever had. Doesnt even work throughout my small apartment, and Im better off using LTE at night. Seems like the bandwidth is being throttled, but at night during non peak hours. Ive run speed tests that indicate less than a third of what Im supposed to be paying for. The reps in office are nice though.

Few employees working. While my customer service rep was very friendly and welcoming, once I got home working with the over the phone representatives was a nightmare, after 40 minutes on the phone they couldnt seem to help me. The main reason this isnt 1 star is because of how nice the in person representative was. .

Had it for 2 years. They had to come out to my house 9 times to fix my signal. I never had a good signal they just could never get it right. Their tech support is clueless. I finally had a rep tell me cleveland heights is a bad coverage area. So AT&T is here today. Good riddance.

They are the worst. I tried to negotiate with them for my elderly mother in law. She is on a fixed income. Spectrums customer service agent said we no longer negotiate. The last agent wanted to try but we had already signed up with another cable provider.

The prices increase each year at a simply remarkable rate. I managed to go frin $40 to $110 in 3 years without making ANY changes to my service. Perfect example of what a company will do when they are "the only option". Simply a rip off...

Since the transfer from T.W. to Spectrum my bill went from 123.00 a month to 143.00 for 1 DVR. I have had constant trouble w/TV-Internet & phone. I had to say bye bye to Spectrum. I will say the guy I spoke to when I cancelled was GREAT.

Connection is garbage if you get the basic wifi basic package. It can barely support one device at a time without lagging or just quitting all together. I love being ripped off! Thanks guys!
