If I could give a negative number, I would. Today I have had problems with my service all day. My TV has been going in and out with no picture and I am just now able to get on my internet. The customer service number does not recognize my number but you get $130 out of me ever month. I been TWC since 2010, and hated it 2012 but was stuck with them because I had no other options for cable until now. The Garfield Hts store never answers their phone. Today they keep me on hold and after a few minutes hung up on me. I tried to call back several times the phone rings and hangs up on me. I tried 2 customer service number none recognize my number and when I put my zip code in it states it does not service my area. I dont understand that when I pay for these services every month for years and just paid last month. It just been disappointment with disappointment with twc and if i cant get customer service on this phone today I am done with TWC and I will be returning them their equipment on my next off day. I can get another internet provider, Ill just do without cable because at this rate Im done. I paid TWC too much money over these years to have these problems with their signal strength and poor customer service

Horrible experience. Went online and talked to the live chat agent. She explained that it was a block on our address so I would need to go into a local store and they would be able to get us started. Went to the local store and was turned around and told we needed to produce a lease, which could have been said by the live agent and we would have went prepared. Went home got the lease drove all the way back to then hear that we would be contacted in a few hours after the lease was faxed to the correct department. Heard nothing for 24 hrs called back and they are telling us that no one has the lease and we need to fax it in.... Complete inconvenience... When asked the csr to speak to a supervisor or lead she told us he said the same thing. Simply wanted internet for my son and now we have to possibly go to a different company. Very disappointed TWC... Very.... Oh... Did I forget to add that we were quoted a price and was told something completely different once in the store

Absolutely terrible prices and customer service. in one location we payed 85$ for Internet and 100+ channels. At our new location they said they could only offer Internet and local channels at that price. when we declined the TV, they wanted $90 (!!!) for just Internet. none of the reps or manager could explain the price difference to us. on top of it the tech they send out to install the hardware did not take his shoes off or put any shoe covers on AND used my car as a side step for his ladder. when they called back with a survey and we tried to express a low satisfaction level, the system magically was " expiriencing technical difficulties" in the middle of the survey..HUGE F*** YOU for time Warner. off to WOW we go

If I could give a lower star I would, I set up services and waited for two weeks the tech. showed up and stated that the order was put in wrong and he cant do what was requested and that we would have to reschedule in 2 weeks. New name same bad service stay away!

this might be the worst company in the whole world. Expensive costs but no help setting anything up. My internet is out 25% of the time. They are a nightmare to deal with and alot of their reps are fat lazy and rude

The new service co. Raise my bill from 150.00 to 175.00 I called in to get it lowered I had to fight for lower price when it was time Warner one phone call would renew for year just for phone cable internet
