My phone service- thru Time Warner- does NOT work. My phone is useless. No one can hear or understand me on the phone. Id be better off with two tin cans and a string. I have been very patient. This has been going on for over a month. I finally got fed up the other night and called Time Warner ( from my cell of course) to cancel the service. The noise at their call center was so loud that the rep asked me to repeat my number five times. After 10 minutes I got fed up and hung up. Tonight, I tried to send them an internet message to cancel via their website and, of course, that didnt work either. Ive also had numerous problems with my internet connection.Time Warner sent out a guy who said he was putting in a new modum to help with internet outages and left without telling me he didnt do so. I had to have another service call to find out that my old modum was still in place and not a new one. This guy put in a new one, said the phone would now work, and, of course, the phone still doesnt work. Ive suggested to Time Warner that they at least owe me a credit for the last months phone service I didnt receive. For $2,500 a year in fees Im very dissatisfied. Im ready to file a small claims law suit to get my money back

This review is not specifically for the Time Warner office in Kent, but is for Time Warner in general. I give 2 stars because while the service itself--cable, internet, and phone--is excellent, customer service is abysmal. If youre reading this, you probably already know of Time Warners notoriety for price-gouging loyal customers. TW adheres to a corporate policy of enticing new users with lower-priced promotional deals, while punishing long-time users with constant price increases. They know that many customers will choose the path of least resistance and endure ever-increasing prices for the same services. In my near future: digital antenna, Netflix/Hulu, a second cell phone line, and little or no Time Warner!

So angry with time warner .... First of all you have to press a button 5 times for the cable box to register your input ... 2nd the Internet is so flaky ... Like for example just to get on to google to get this of my chest I had to turn my wifi off and connect using cellular data because the Internet connection sucks so bad I cant even navigate to this page.3 I cant play online video games, I have my console hooked up through Ethernet cord just to get a solid connection and it still lags Im on day 4 of crappy gaming connection and everyday I think maybe it will be better tomorrow ... Nope .... Screw your time warner step your game up and I wont scathingly criticize you.

Under no circumstances get a internet package with them!!! Especially if you are a college student and rely heavily on home wifi. It is so spotty you will never get anything done. Want to chill and netflix? FORGET IT. It will take at least 20 minutes to stream 30 seconds of a tv show. AND THEN they get you with all of their marketing strategies so you call and and then they they tell you "oh you dont qualify for that package but if you pay 50 dollars more you can get home phone service." I didnt even know that home phones were still a thing??? Highly disappointed. Super expensive for below average quality. Pay for the good stuff! Dont fall for their tricks.

Ive had Time Warner forever and overall theyve had acceptable service when needed. The phone people are usually pleasant and receptive to problems, but sometime I do get customer service rep that does not understand my questions, i think theyre in India? Also, be prepared to wait if you are exchanging equipment at their locations, its not real fast but what is anymore. I know other folks that have other service thru companies (Direct TV) and its not great either. I do wish their services were cheaper though, seems like they are constantly going up. Anyway, overall Im giving them 3 stars.

Customer service was friendly. Too bad everything they told me to do to set up my email internet was wrong. I havent been able to connect to the internet bc the woman here told me I could only set up my online account when I go my first bill. Turns out I have to set up that account--before my internet will be activated-- in order to get a connection. Doesnt make sense. And the self setup doesnt tell you to do this. Its all a scam so you end up having to pay for someone to come fix the "problem."

Called the moving number to help an elderly relative and got no help at all. Was told I needed to call a different number but they did not have that number. So - I called the Kent number. Spoke with Josh who was VERY helpful. Service has been great at that address for this relative. While I agree it is all overpriced, I wish I could get cable where I live. We are stuck with satellite - no options. The positive comment is about the service. The installers have been fantastic as well!

To call this a “store” is silly. It is more of a pick up/drop off depot. It is a location with three windows behind which sit (up to) three service reps. The reps are very pleasant and helpful – to the extent to they can be. I’ve been in this “store” three times, to pick up or trade in equipment. I got the feeling that the reps’ expertise was limited. To be fair, I didn’t really ask many questions about services, rates, equipment, etc. .

Beautiful day and no service, no updates as to when it will be fixed and when it is working it is slow even with the upgraded Internet. These people will have to drop their prices so low just to keep customers on board that they are going to go out of business either way. Better make some quick changes before its too late Customers are more than paychecks and if thats the way spectrum looks at it and they wont be customers for long.

They say they will have a supervisor call you in 15 min and its days I have to keep calling back. WiFi service sucks! The technicians dont know what they are doing. They make it worse every time they come out. They call on their way and hang up so you have to reschedule. I have talked to 8 people in over a week and noting is getting fixed I have been waiting on them for 3 weeks total and ther eis no other company in my area to switch to....

Nothing but trouble and high costs. Extremely unreliable internet and phone. Almost every call over 2 minutes is dropped. The T.V. is O.K. , but the cost is soooo high! Their trouble-shooting efforts are the worst! The alternatives arent so great, which is why I have them. Give me a good alternative and Ill switch in a heartbeat.

The staff here was friendly, fast and helpful. Its a small place and fills up fast, but the employees did everything they were capable of to move things along and still give each customer the attention they deserved.
