The worst decision I have made in quite awhile was to think that Wize Guyz would make the transition from Charter to Direct TV much easier. What a nightmare! One reason I chose these guys was that they would handle everything for my Direct TV and ATT internet installation. I was told that my Direct TV would be installed on a Thursday and that I would get a call telling me when the installer would arrive. Late Thursday that call had not come yet. I called Wize GuyZ to check on it and the lady told me she had not processed the order correctly and had to re enter the information. When I originally ordered the service, I gave Wize GuyZ my adult sons Direct TV account number so that I could get the referral discount of $100 and so that my son could get the same discount. It did not get installed on Thursday. After numerous calls it was finally install on Friday afternoon not Friday morning. On Friday, I asked about the ATT internet order and they acted as if I had not ordered it. Then they gave conflicting information that we did have internet in our area, then another call that ATT did not service our area. I had to call ATT myself to indeed find out that we have internet service in our neighborhood. So I ordered ATT myself. Then I called about the referral fee.The lady said she lost my sons account number but entered someone elses account and that I would get this discount. RED FLAG. Sounds as if someone else was trying to get the referral credit instead of my son. I have called and spoken to numerous supervisors and was told that the confusion would be straightened out, but no one has called back with any resolution.

I am a Charter customer and was ready to switch to Direct TV. Went to Wize Guys to sign up. Unfortunately, I had Jennifer to work with. She did not know what she was talking about, insisted I could get all movies like Showtime for free until I made her ask the manager about it and she was told no. Jennifer belched several times during our meeting, complained that her butt hurt when she sat down, and overall was unorganized and flippant about my questions. I finally walked out. The next day I signed up with Charter again. If you go to Wize Guys, make sure and ask for a manager and do not work with Jennifer.

Weve used Wizeguyz for over 3 years. Anytime weve had an issue with Charter or Direct TV, I go in and see Torrey Wofford. He helps you keep your TV & Internet cost down to a minimum. For the other reviews complaining about horrible service. Thats Charter or Direct TV that does that to you. Wizeguyz gives you excellent pricing options for those services! We couldnt be happier with Wizeguyz!

Upon speaking with Andy at Wize Guyz, it was apparent that I was paying too much for my internet. He was awesome at helping me find where I was paying too much and he assisted me in getting new internet (better internet too) installed in my home. I would highly recommend using Andy at wize guyz for your tv, phone, internet, and security needs! He certainly helped me!

Very Disappointed in after sales service.. They tell you they will be your customer service contact. But when you have a billing question and you call and e-mail Wize Guyz they will never ever call back no matter how often you call or Send follow up e-mails.. Do not recommend and did not listen when some else had similar problems
