Worst Customer Service Ever -- I ordered internet installation about 2 weeks ago. I selected 2 appointment dates and times as requested. The first day arrived with a couple of robo-calls with explanations of the process and reminders to have the installation fee ready for payment. I was ready. A few hours before the appointment time the installer left a message to say he was ready early and to call if I wanted to do it before my appointment. I could not and did not call. Appointment time came and went. No installer. No phone call from him or anybody at Time Warner.. I assumed that was why they required me to select two different appointment dates and the installer probably go stuck on another job. The second installation date was two days later. No robo-calls, no calls from the installer. I took off work early,again, to be there at the installation time. Nobody ever showed up or called to say why there was no installation. I still have never got an email or phone call from Time Warner to explain. I finally had to call them and spent about 20 minutes with a clueless person who took that long to say why they never did the installation. He said the installer reported ( to Time Warner, not me )that the " location was unserviceable". The person I was on the phone with could not explain how that was possible especially since the pole out front of my house and my house had not moved since I had cable TV with Time Warner for about 20 years before I switched to DirectTV about 2 years ago. Still waiting without any contact from Time Warner.

I am much happier with Time Warner than I was with Windstream/Dish Network. I think the channels that I usually watch are included in their lowest price package. Im saving quite a bit since I switched. There is one aspect that Windstream had that Time Warner doesnt. That is the wireless connection. I think Time Warner could improve in this area because I hate all the wires and they require installment instead of just placing the box in and placing it by your TV. Time Warner is also a better choice for my mother the remote and system is easier for her to use. Overall I think they measure up better.

I downsized and got rid of my cable. I kept my internet with WiFi and phone. This saved me $80 a month. I now use Roku with Hulu and Netflix for my TV. I have not regretted it at all. I have been told that Spectrums prices have continued to raise since they took over. I have been getting offers from them in the mail about once a week wanting me to take internet, phone, and cable again for $29 each. I am very happy with what I have. I plan to stick with my Roku.

Terrible customer service, would not do business with them if I had another option. Their internet is the fastest in our area so I feel stuck. They also know this so I feel they have terrible customer service bc they know you probably wont leave. Been customer for 4 yrs and it has only gotten worse.

terrible place. terrible staff. charged extra hookup fees on my account and said there was nothing they could do when it was their mistake. called the spectrum help number and they fixed it within 5 minutes. wish I didnt have to go through that office.

They never showed on the day that they were supposed to come to hook up our internet. But they did come the next day and I will say that it is a very fast speed.
