Worst service ever. Customer support need to learn English or learn empathy for their customers. I was very satisfied with my cable and internet untill I moved. I called to set an appointment to transfer tv and internet to my new house. The cable guy never showed for my appointment and then I found out after calling the rep did something wrong and cancelled my service account entirety. I had to start a new account but pay a fee to install my equipment due to having a new account. Well I got that charge reversed and was able to get set up with the exact same services i had before but the bill is $30 a month higher????? I have the same services and moved within the same town and now I pay more just because of an error on their end terminating my account. I have talked to multiple reps and none of them can help me. Ive asked for supervisors every phone call yet they continue to lie and say a supervisor is unavailable but one will call me back which I have had no call back yet. Ive been a great customer. Always paid my bill for years and they throw this crap on people? Im going to Doylestown cable Tuesday, time Warner you guys need to care more about your consumers I will make sure to tell my story to everyone I can.

I had high hopes for Spectrum. I hoped they would be better than Time Warner. THEY ARE NOT. I just cancelled my cable & land line phone (which I never used) and now only have their horribly over-priced internet service. I find their business model hilariously inadequate. They offer a product that is being made obsolete by the advancement of streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, PS View, Sling TV etc) but still have the nerve to endlessly increase their prices. I have had enough and cancelled my services. They hold me hostage with their internet prices as where I live, it is the only high speed choice. Either way, I encourage anyone who reads this to cancel their cable service. If enough of us do this, they will be forced to act and lower their prices. If you are a Spectrum employee/executive reading this, good luck finding a new job when your antiquated business model leads to the company failing just like Time Warner did. You are all a bunch of money grubbing capitalist pigs and you deserve everything you get.

Had a great experience with TWC in past but it was in Cleveland where everything was taken care in best way. Was with TWC in Cleveland for 13 years and evaluate them 5* ++. Wadsworth office is deep below of any reasonable acceptance - they are trying to scam a customer in any possible way: I have to beg them for deal(s) that are clearly published on Internet and are coming in mails every week in Cleveland. As a result I got an Internet only and passed TV access: Wadsworth TWC wants me to pay $50 for package that I have in Cleveland for $10; and in time I placed order this package (20+ channels, including History and Discovery, all for &10) also was published on TWC website. In addition, Wadsworth TWC office charges $50 for technician appearance (in Cleveland on 12/10/15 charge was $30). I hate Wadsworth TWC office, as with NO competitors in area they are very unfriendly and dishonest.

Worst experience with internet yet. I contacted TWC multiple times about they network being unstable and unusable, they claimed it was fine and there were no issues. After running ping tests on my network and recording my own LAN usage I found that their network was consistently every 5 minutes or so either timing out for 2 - 3 seconds or spiking to an unusable 1200 ms response. After talking to their tech support and even explaining to them that this was there issue I have decided to simply move out because my apartment complex buys bulk through them. Pretty sad when these terrible companies are trying to force google fiber out of places rather than offer something worth the money they want.

Near monopoly. Only worse company is their only competition for internet. . Didnt honor promise not to charge for modem. . Think about it, monopoly nearly, once installed they do zero to earn living, fix storm damage and bill collection. So, price hinges on raising price until people do without. . Government is responsible, as they dont get supply and demand.

I have had them for years. They never have any good deals for current customers. Ive got rid of everything except the internet now. I pay $100 for pos 30mbs. My Wi-Fi says Im constantly looking connection or kicking me off. Its completely unstable and over priced. If I had another option in my area I would switch in a heartbeat. This company is awful!!

Well, when i first got the cable and internet service it worked very well! Now the cable cuts out and scrambles like digital antenna and the internet has gotten slow! I cant justify paying 200 a month for this service! Its a honest to God crime! I have faster internet on my att phone then this! Wow!

This is the local storefront for Spectrum cable. Its good for returning hardware, updating your services, or other general tech questions. Good service here with knowledgeable workers. The service is expensive though, and increased since the acquisition... I dont see it dropping anytime soon.

Oh boy, worst tv company!! I had them on/off over 20 years, prices horrible, customer service horrible, equipment horrible, programming horrible. The only half way good thing is, they dont require you to sign a contract, but with past experience with them, a 2 yr contract doesnt sound as bad!!
