Absolute garbage. We have the choice between TWC/Spectrum and Windstream. WS is still pretending like its 1995 and dial-up is great and its gonna make a comeback or something. TWC hardware crashes at least half a dozen times a day. Their "technicians" dont know their butthole from a hole in the wall and the customer service is about as useful as lead in your water supply. I use my own router, their modem literally crashes my router to the point it goes offline completely for 10 minutes at a time. Ive tried multiply routers and the same thing happens to all of them. Their modems are absolute junk. I feel bad for the 8 year Chinese kid who wasted his time building them. Pretty much, if you want decent internet, move to a city that has decent ISPs. In Elyria, youre stuck between a rock and a hard place. Hopefully the rock rolls over and crushes both TWC and WS.

Sometimes you might have to call Time Warner back if you get a no . Some of there representatives can look at a account too see if there a consistent pattern of not paying .Theres nothing written in stone , but you might find a supervisor or representative who will work with you. Just remember that there in a rock and hard place . Some people will say they will pay on a date, then dont. that leaves the supervisor or representative having to answer why they didnt follow protocol . To many of this could cost them there job .

For 3 weeks Ive received calls form their automated system that my service was in danger of being cut off due to nonpayment. Each time I waited for a customer representative and they found the call was made in error and was a computer glitch. Then my phone service through Time Warner was cut off. I call ed them via cell phone and they again said it was a mistake. Now I ve received a notice that my service is scheduled for disconnection. I wish there was an alternative for cable internet.This place is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!

time warner really can hurt your soul. People who need anger management will go off the deep end with these customer service representatives. I paid 4 months in advance and a deposit and i could not get my equipment picked up by my father, because i work 16 hour days and they close at 5 and are not open on weekends. I m gonna have to quit them asap and just go with windstream. And why in the hell doesnt the ternes site take phone calls when they are handing out equiptment???

I hate that we cant call into this office to ask a simple question! Why do customers have to have a face-to-face at this facility and be inconvenienced just because they dont want to answer a phone? Last time I was there the line was out the door and only two people working. A person in a third world country couldnt answer my question when I call the main number, yet I have to go to the trouble and drive to this office for a simple Elyria service question.

I have been going round and round with this Time Warner/Spectrum transition since January. I literally have spent hours on the telephone with them and depending on who I talk to depends on the answer I get. Then throwing in the office versus the phone conversations. Sick if them, but from what I am told, currently they have the best high speed internet in Elyria. Hopefully today is the day everything gets resolved!!!

Good God. The WORST... from overpriced services to static filled phone calls with third world customer service reps after 45 minutes on hold. This place has something offensive for everyone! Use WOW cable now... saved 150.00 a MONTH on same cable/ phone/ internet package. I once placed a call to these people and told them the day competition moves into our community, Im gone. Well, that days here and Im gone!

Its a cable office. The staff is pleasant considering all the attitude people seem to have the minute they walk in the door like they are fighting a conspiracy. Tell me how many places do you go for service that you dont expect to have to wait in a line for a few minutes?

Time Warner has not changed since I had them a few years ago. Customer service is still horrible, they dont call you when they say they will and their billing and fees are too high. Will leave them for another carrier and never will I return as a customer of Time Warner.

Its 9:30PM again and that means my streaming TV shows will buffer constantly and barely allow me to watch anything. I know Its Spectrum because the WIFI on my phone is awful. When I turn it off I get great service from Verizon. Thanks Spectrum...

Upgraded from the 30 to 60 internet plan when they switched from twc.... i now have the speed of 3.58 download speed and have to wait 5 days before before they van check it out... nothing but problems since the switch

Seems all the perks are awarded to new customers but no deals avail for long time customers like myself. The retention department was condescending in tone with its meager offers at lower my bill.
