If I could give this company no stars I would. The people working the phones are very nice which is amazing because they must get abused by people calling in. Their tech support is also very friendly. The company management overall is a different story.They took over service for my old provider when I lived in Wellington for 10 years or so. The year they took over my internet progressively got worse. They always claim to be upgrading services and use that as the excuse as to why the speeds are bad. Funny with all this upgrading it never gets better. I built a home in Litchfield and was stuck with this company or paying for Hughes net with data restrictions. I was on the 1mb plan and asked if there was anyway to get faster speeds. They put me on the fastest plan they claim to offer, I believe 10mb download. A year later with horrible service I speed tested the lines and was under 1Mb. After hours between tech and customer service I found they only offer 1Mb services to my home yet they had no problem selling the higher priced plans which they had no capabilties to deliver. The rep was nice an offered me a discounted rate if I stayed with them, but that doesnt forgive they knowingly robbed me. I have no idea how many other people they have done this to, but do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This company deserves to be the target of a class action lawsuit. If not for a lack of providers in the area they would be out of business. They simply exploit the lack of competition. I thought PUCO was supposed to monitor stuff like this.

This is the worst internet company EVER!!!! The internet service did not work 75% of the time for the first 6+ months! I would call which was difficult since I have an infant daughter who had some health issues and required constant attention and they would temporarily fix the issue! After month and months of this I finally called after months and months of going over on my cell phone data and being charged for internet that I was paying Frontier for!!! They then gave me a new router and said they would credit my account one month of service and give it 2 billing cycles! I was OK with this even though that did not cover the amount charged due to cell phone data overage! I just called 3 months later because I have seen no credit and they said because I paid my bill they are unable to credit my account and they cant do anything for me!!!!

Ive had this company for about a year and ive had internet about 8 months out of it maybe. My internet has been "broken" for a little over a month now(for the second time) and every time i talk to them they tell me something different someone messed something up or didnt do something. Now they found a ghost account that they didnt say anything about when i talk to them two days ago so now they stopped our order that was suppose to be here on the 28th (the third date they gave me) now we have to wait until the 5th which is about month after when they said they would be here the first time. Im tired of taking days off of work to wait around and them never show up the service is good when its working but all this run around is to much and not worth it.

So horrible ! Only internet service we can get and I would rather have no internet than deal with frontier ! Customer service is completely horrible ! The techs have been so disrespectful and act like we were an inconvenience even though our internet is not working properly. The wifi goes in and out and they told us the lines were bad. Obviously not our fault. They came out twice already and still havent fixed the problem! Do not even waste your time with frontier !

Absolutely horrible!!!! Why cant Medina have reliable internet without data caps!?! I have to reset my Frontier modem multiple times a day! I call their technical support and after an hour of my time they tell me to do the same thing. Or they can send out a technician for $85 an hour to tell me there is no problem...This is not a solution for unreliable SLOW internet!!!

It is a nightmare. You call and call and get nowhere. I have been calling and calling for 2 weeks to have their poles and wires removed from my property. They are nice on the phone and then nothing is done. They are absolutely awful. negative 100 stars . The lowest rated company I have have ever, ever dealt with in my entire life.

Terrible customer service- with a gentlemen name Robert on the customer service line..... our internet is super slow, and instead of trying to help me he was arguing with me on the phone saying its all of our devices and they need upgraded. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible company and I didnt even start service yet. Setup account to have 24mb. The day of setup, I was called and said only 6 was avaliable in my area. 6? Whats the point of 6 this day and age? Customer service was extremely rude and ignorant to the situation.

I have been without Internet service since February 3rd. They wont be here until February 14th to restore it. This is unacceptable! You should have enough employees to service your areas. Considering switching providers.
