I have dealt with several cable companies in my lifetime, Time Warner / Spectrum is the worst cable I have ever experienced... As the number of channels go down the price continues to go up... I would never recommend this cable to anyone not even my worst enemy... I would suggest to any and everyone to find a inexpensive internet service buy a TV stick go on YouTube download free service with Kodi and never pay another monthly bill for life... Or find someone that is selling Amazon TV stick for no more than $75 with Kodi installed and once again never pay a monthly bill again... Get all of your local channels HBO Showtime Cinemax Starz everything cable provide so can the Amazon TV stick with kodi install.. my monthly bill went from $275 two $35 thats just for Internet only...

they made illegal installation in the house in which my wife and I own. Used the ignorance of my 18 and made him say he was "renting" the house and he would be able to do the installation. Parents be aware if you have 18 year old or older kids; companies are using their ignorance and pressure tactics for their own benefit. Im absolutely disappointed in the way they even handle my complaint when I called and explained the situation. A very unprofessional lady even managed to loud mouth me over the phone saying how wrong I was and my kid should stay with the internet!.even dared to speak about situations in her life and her house!, who cares!!!, Im the one calling, I dont care about your personal affairs!. Parents, be very aware!

Internet was pretty good They asked us to return the box to one of their locations and had us wait in a long line for 2 hours outside and had to beg my boss for time off to sit there as I thought it was a simple drop off. Unbelievably bad return policy, regardless of the internet speed this left a terrible taste in my mouth. Do not recommend them at all

I guess all they did was change the name because the service still sucks. How they take someones money and then tell them they cant provide them service and still keep the money. Who does that?! Better off getting direct tv or something else. Extremely disappointed in how they treat their customers... They are the WORST company ever!!!
