Absolutely terrible, have had multiple issues with the Internet and cable, they say its because of the apartment complex Im living in (so you still provide knowingly subpar service at the full retail price?) call them after the Internet times out time and time again 45 minute wait... No waiting music or anything just dead silence I think they just want you to think you are disconnected so youll hang up.... Just an absolute joke of a company dont give them a dollar if you can go with DSL in the area PLEASE do yourself a favor and do it. -- another subpar experience 3/21/16, trying to get rid of our cable TV to lower the 110$ they want for tv and Internet. Calling all morning getting different answers for pricing. Manager on the phone says he notates the quote and to go to the store return the box and they will take the price. Go to the store in North Olmsted, lady immediately gets a nasty attitude with me, she did eventually get me the right price. However, it was done in such a rude manner that the end result was just not positive. I swear these people need customer service 101 and they need to actually be trained on the policies of the company. No one knows what the they are doing, but they all act as if the person you talked to before had no clue what they were saying and gave you bad information. Which in my experience has led to me being talked down to by employees. The monopoly they have on the area is just insane, 60$ for Internet that cant keep up with online gaming.... Download speeds are fine, latency is terrible and they cant figure it out. I resent every penny I give them, but Im powerless without an alternative. Please AT&T bring your internet here!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Time Warner for years. They have gotten entirely too expensive and when you decide to cut ties, they absolutely insist upon trying to keep you with better deals. Too late. I have been a fool shelling out my hard earned money to these greedy people. How about no continuously drain people to the breaking point, especially folks who been loyal for years? No, they just see what they can slowly sap out of people. Then force people into "better" deals with packages where you have to pay for phone service you dont need or use just to have their package. I REALLY do not appreciate some schmuck trying to tell me anything can happen to a cell phone as if I were born yesterday and dont know that but I will just save up for a new one when I cut my ties with their cable and phone bill since I am raking their stuff tomorrow and activating Sling T.V. They have part of Cleveland, Ohio in a monopoly basically, so I am stuck with them for internet until a better deal comes along. Keep doing loyal customers dirty like that because now Karma is coming back with a vengeance. People are getting fed up with that GREED.

I understand that Time Warner uses contractors to do their installs, but its still been ridiculous. I signed up for new internet service at a new residence. They said they would send a tech to turn it on. So they did. He did nothing and left. A day passed. They sent another guy. He said they needed additional hardware to hook it up. So he left. Another day passed They sent another guy. He said that he also didnt have the hardware to set it up. Why would they not have the hardware on their third visit? But he left too. The weekend passed. They sent another guy on Monday and its the same story. I am upset with Time Warner. Again I understand that they maintain a huge network and use contractors, but it just such poor customer care.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible product. Interenet cuts in and out and we now need our 4th modem in 2 years. On top of that, we have to wait 4 days for the next tech appointment. Excuse me?! That is completely UNACCEPTABLE. We can get a new modem sooner, if we run to the store ourselves and swap it out. You have to be kidding me. Unfortunately TWC is the lesser of two evils (if there is even a thing) offered in our complex. First world problems I know, but for a bad product such as Time Warner, we pay WAY too much for their "services". Subpar customer service combined with this terrible product gives Time Warner Cable a Horrible rating in our book.

Not happy. I started new service July 2016 and they bundled in a phone I dont need, nor did I know. It wasnt on my bill. Rep told me to call in 12 months when my promo is over (before my bill went up $10-$15) to see what new deals they had. I called and they wouldnt offer me anything. I thought about dropping cable, but they wanted to charge me $90 for just internet!! The girl was NOT helpful. Said if I went on a new Spectrum plan, my bundle would be $159!! More than I was already paying when I called to lower bill!! I switched service and when I called to cancel TWC, the rep was trying to give me a deal. Umm too late.

I switched over to Time Warner Cable in May of this year and have been disappointed with the decision ever since. I was supposed to receive a 300.00 visa card, that never happened, a 25.00 gift card from Starz, that never happened. In order to get DIY I have to pay 5.95 more a month. If I want to DVR from a room other than the Living room I would have to pay another 11.95 a month. I also had to get a home phone to save money in the package, I dont even know the phone number, I didnt want the phone and have no intention of hooking it up. Dont make the same mistake

I would give them zero stars if I could. Moved into a new place two weeks ago today and signed up for internet through Spectrum. Ive had the service for TWO WEEKS, thats it, and Ive had more issues than I can count. Havent had internet for the past two days and when I call, they state theres no outage and everything looks fine on their end. They scheduled a technician to come out, but not until Monday. Hated TWC when I had them a few years ago, and honestly dont know why I decided to go with Spectrum. Will be canceling my service and taking my business elsewhere.

I recently moved to a new apartment and this is the only internet provider for the building. If I had had my choice this would be my last choice. Ive had problems with the service before, the equipment I purchased does not work and its been one day. The only positive aspect I can say is that the customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. I would not choose this provider if it were my choice and I would never recommend them.

TWC has horrible customer service, horrible plans. Terrible ratings in every aspect of this corporation all well earned from my experience. Rates continue to climb. 3 increases in one year? There mobile app is a joke. Over priced tv, Internet plans. Complete fail. Looking for alternative provider.

They never come for repairs. You always have a week lead time before theyou come and when they do, they don’t have the proper equipment. Worst cable provider I dealt with...once my contact ends, I wont be a customer anymore!!!!
