The worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. They make me never want to speak to another work at Time warner/ Spectrum again. They were not willing to help me by any means and the help that they were trying to provide was pretty much nothing. I spoke to eight different representatives and that was not including the supervisor that I ended my call With. Time Warner accidentally disconnected my services due to me putting in a request for a transfer to my new home. when I called to get it re-activated they pretty much told me that my equipment was no longer able to work because they are now spectrum, and spectrum doesnt work with Time Warner equipment. I spent over two hours on the phone to have the supervisor tell me that they would at least turn my Internet back on,as I have learned now it is still NOT BACK ON. If I could I would give them zero stars. please someone let me know a better provider that I can go to because after eight years with Time Warner cable/spectrum I am ready to take my services elsewhere please dont waste your time on them even though the Internet is great that the workers are terrible .

I went to the store to return my box ( that I dont use) and lower my bill. The lady told me if I return the box, my bill will increase because of a promotion I was on two years ago. I leave the store with the box. When my next bill arrives, it was higher than it was before I went in the store. I call customer service to find out how I can lower my bill without totally disconnecting cable. She tells me I can turn in my box. What?!? I tried that. She apologized for the other lady at the store misinforming me. I dont have time for this. Im better off getting Netflix for 1/8 if what I pay. Not happy with Time Warner, their rate increases, and wasting my time.

Honestly the worst and I mean the worst internet Ive ever had in my entire life. Switching back to Centurylink. its so slow Im paying $70 for this which is ridiculous because I dont even reach 10mbps unless Im hooked to a LAN cable. Other than that I literally run Kbps I have pictures for interested new customers. DO NOT BUT SPECTRUM

DO NOT go with SPECTRUM you will regret it!!!!! We have been with Time Warner since 2003 thats 14 years and I will be changing companys today!! They have no customer service to help you!!! The Customer service they have is all only there to help SPECTRUM collect you money from you for them!!

Worst customer service experience. Woman who waited on me lacked knowledge and was very defensive. Made you feel like she was doing you a favor. Not once showed appreciation or thanked me being a Spectrum customer. I do not recommend this location. Considering changing companies.

Great, No-nonsense Service - - Sometimes the service to my house isnt so good and they charge a lot for what you get. However, the customer service representatives at this location in Lorain are always friendly. They swap out equipment quickly and give no-hassle service.

They are giving new costumers deals but I had it for 3 years .The price keep going up ! I always paid my bill before it was due, I never got a discount on the bill. I figured that if I was a good costumer I get i little bit of a deal
