If there was a 0 rating this company would get it. There are so many issues with this company, I do not know where to begin. Unfortunately this is the only provider in my area! So we do not have a choice. We no longer have the internet with them directly because we live at an area that the management company provides the service by wifi and hargray turned off our service and several others, loosing over $1000 a month income for themselves. The internet thru the mgt co thru Hargray is so bad and only works 1/4 of the time. When it goes out it is weeks before they band aid it again. The cable tv is another story, not only do they cut the view short where you cannot see each end, you know like the football scores! But several times a day, while your watching something you really want to at the best part of the story, the tv blanks out, this has been going on for 2 years, they cannot seam to fix it. The worst service I have ever experienced. Take some advice Anyone is better that Hargray!!!!!!!!

If given a choice I would pick anything over Hargray However where I bought my house, They only offer hargray! (I might not have bought a house in this area if I knew my internet depended on Hargray!* Im not joking) I called hargray to just get internet, I am paying $88/mo for 30/5. The internet stinks! Spotty in and out! When I stream movies the picture is granular. It looks all blurry, not crisp. It drives me nuts! When I call the Bluffton Hargray office the reps (idiots) are clueless about everything. They are not friendly either... I had Time Warner in my other home was paying $44 a month for the same exact thing, I never had any issues with the internet. I have now moved exactly 3.2 miles away and Im doomed with hargray! I wish another company would swoop in and put them outta business! Or at least give the customers someone else to use!

Easily the worst ISP Ive ever encountered. They dont make notes on your account at all it seems like, because one person will tell you one thing and if you call back you get someone different that tells you they cant do that. This isnt even a one off kind of thing because it literally happens everytime. Currently without Internet because they cancelled our whole service when we requested to have our TV services removed. They said theyre going to try to have it fixed today, maybe tomorrow. Gee.. thanks.

I have never left a review before, thats how bad this company is. This company is only hanging on because of the internet service they provide and thats not even that great. The prices are ridiculous and you dont even get HBO on demand, I was told it wasnt offered. The only reason I gave one star was because you can not give zero stars. Horrible company. Do yourself a favor and call another cable provider and save yourself the headache of having to deal with these people.

Hargray is overpriced, provides mediocre service, refuses to price match on at communities where it has a choke hold, Cable boxes are destined for extinction. Get an early jump and get the internet service for your phone and television needs.

Their prices are inflated because lack of cable competition, as soon as more companies come in the area and they magically can drop prices. I will magically make their bill disappear as I drop them.
