DO NOT GET CENTURYLINK. You have been warned. I cancelled my services within the 30-day satisfaction window (ordered March 29th, cancelled April 29th), and was told I was in the clear but continued receiving bills. 3 months after (in July) I cancelled services I finally called to stop receiving bills, and was told that no one ever actually cancelled my services. SO the actually helpful guy removed my $200-some of additional charges I incurred, but stated that the last charges he couldnt remove because they were too far back. He told me that my last bill (August), will be for $5.32. I just now received my August bill of $245.32 and am on the phone with someone telling me that I got an early termination fee because technically, my services werent cancelled until July, when someone with an IQ above 2 finally was able to correctly terminate my services. Im on hold now with someone who needs to "have it approved with a supervisor" to void my early termination fee. I will never use CenturyLink services again in my life, and will be sure to warn anyone to avoid them at all costs. If you already have them and are stuck, make sure to write down all conversations, dates, and times. I had a supervisor at one point go back and listen to a recorded conversation of a sales rep stating I would get free installation, but then got charged and was told there was no way anyone would tell me that.

For starters, Century Link charged us $200 a month for the worst possible internet service. After being lied to on the phone and recieveing these outrageous charges, we elected to cancel our service...BUT GUESS WHAT! Early termination fee of $200. We didnt know this until collections called us 4 months later. They claimed we also never returned the router they provided. Come to find out it had been there for 4 months, but they cant keep track of their own stuff. I will never use this crap company again and suggest you look elsewhere.

Horrible service! Waited over a week for a " tech " to come and fix my Internet and they never did. Now I was told to wait another week for an " experienced tech " to come out. Lol. No thanks. Turning in my equipment and moving to a different service provider.

awful customer service. I guess ill just wait around all day for a tech to plug in a router because I cant do it myself.
