Called Bayonet regarding a new home that the copper had been cut on the A/C and the handler had been improperly installed. I am taking bids to get the a/c repaired and serviced, I called R.J. Keilty A/C and they scheduled someone to come out and take a look they have no charge to come and give me an extimate to repair. Bayonet informed me that there would be a $75 fee, just for them to come out and look at the a/c - my response - I wanted to also give Bayonet the opprotunity to give me an estimate to do the job - I am not paying them $75 to give me an estimate. They must not be interested in getting the additional work or repeat customers. I will make sure to let everyone know that - they are not interested in new business - just $75 service fee. My personal opinion is that if you have to charge just to check a job out - you are not very good and desperate for money!!!! R.J. Keilty is confident enough in their services and prices that they evidently do not have to charge a service charge for a estimate to do repairs or completely new installation. Bayonet you might want to reconsider your new customer policy.

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bayonet during the recall replacement of the coil on my Lennox heat pump. I received a phone call on the first scheduled day at the time the technician was scheduled to arrive from the office stating the technician had gone home sick and we would need to reschedule. Understandingly I rescheduled the appointment for the next week and rearranged my work schedule once again so I could be home for the appointment. I received a call 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time of 1pm stating that the service tech went to pick up my part but it was delivered to the wrong warehouse and we would need to reschedule again. This has caused me 2 days of lost work and I do not feel confident rescheduling with them for a 3rd attempt. If you value your time think twice before using this company.

I have been a Bayonet customer for many years. They are my go to plumbing, heating and cooling guys. I was scheduled for my semi annual system check today but as luck would have it I had a cooling problem crop up Easter Sunday night. Robbie Jones arrived early Monday morning as I hoped. I explained to Robbie what was happening and what the conditions were. I knew he arrived only expecting to do a routine maintenance call but he jumped right in and diagnosed my problem. Robbie then went on to order the part I needed -- under warranty too -- and then did the maintenance service. Robbie Jones and the rest of the Bayonet team are a pleasure to work with, do quality work and stand behind it. Highly recommend Bayonet and Robbie Jones.

I recently had Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning out to service my air conditioning unit. I was very impressed by their Service Technician, Mike Jenkins. He patiently listened as I explained the issues I was having with my unit. Mike took the time to answer my questions and explained to me in laymens terms what he would do to rectify the problem. I found him to be most knowledgeable. In servicing my unit, Mike was efficient, diligent, and neat. He genuinely cares about doing a great job and it definitely shows. When I contact Bayonet for any future servicing of my air conditioning unit, I will specifically request Mike Jenkins. He is a great asset to Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning.

The initial visit by Sean was thorough and quick. I had been without air for 5 days and he brought a temp unit with him that was a Godsend. Two days later the installers, Chad and Adam, were back with a new furnace. The original estimate was that it would take six hours to install, but it only took five. They were professional, friendly and clearly experts in their field. They were also mindful of my comfort and careful of the carpets and furnishings. After their departure a final visit by Joe to ensure the system was working properly. He was as impressive as the rest of the team and answered all of my questions and ensured I completely understood how to use the furnace. I could not have imagined a better experience!

We just had to replace our air conditioning and Sean was the best taking his time and explaining all the various units and had a lot of patience with all our concerns and questions. We were very impressed with the workmanship of the installers, Paul and Chad. They worked very quickly, answered all my husbands questions and were very respectful. Joe, who came later to inspect the job was very personable and checked each aspect of the job and beyond. We couldnt be more pleased with all at Bayonet Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, including Heather who scheduled everything including the county inspection. We highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

had AC Problems in brand new house, under warranty. The guy that came out was more concerned with getting the $75 fee and afterwards, was unable to repair the problem. I called them again, they sent a different tech who was eventually able to find the problem, which had been obviously missed by their first employee. However, they continued to want more and more money to fix something that was less than a year old. I know the builder here cut a lot of costs by using inferior equipment and appliances. I am now looking at purchasing a new entire system to replace the existing one which is now 14 months old and again, not working. I will not seek Baynoets help either.

They are just out to charge you $75 initial fee. Guy came out to diagnose my AC unit and said the motor is dead. And then verbally quoted me $344 just for labor to replace the fan motor. I know for a fact its a 30 minute job. Evidently the company doesnt care if you go with them to do a job, they just care to collect their $75 for every trip they make to your house, only to give you a verbal estimate. I called another authorized AC company, no upfront fees and only $89 per hour for labor. All written estimate.

AC went out Saturday night and Sunday morning I called another company who installed it for emergency repair. Took 2 hours for them to call back. While waiting for that call, I called Bayonet and spoke to a live person. Roland arrived about an hour later and replaced a capacitor. Roland came back 2 more times at my request because it stopped cooling again only to clear the drain lines and ensure my house got cool again. He was professional, nice and reassuring. I will call Bayonet for our annual checkups.

RODNEY HENDERSON is an outstanding technician! He was sent to our home to fix a leak in the hot water heater. The technician who previously came out from Bayonnet was unsuccessful, as the leak returned. Rodney was on time, then he quickly identified the problem and proceeded to fix it. He then went over and beyond and cleaned the unit, so it looks like new. A true professional. Thank you Rodney! We want only you to do all our hot water heater and plumbing needs in the future.
