What an amazing experience from calling in to completing the whole job. The young lady on the phone was friendly, compassionate and understanding to my initial frustration and concern of the situation. The young man who came out understood immediately why my home was backing up, he was able to get the line cleared and had someone meet him while at my home to camera the line to find the "root" of the problem. After they found roots in my sewer line and showed them to me with the camera they helped me come up with a game plan by giving me a few choices on how to proceed forward. Two other men came out to replace a section of my sewer line and they were as great as the rest of the team. They were kind to Suzie my golden retriever who had her noise in their work area every time I looked. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done and ever brought in my trash cans from the street while they were working for me. After everything was done I received a call to make sure I was happy with the service and even a Thank You card with a $25 gift card towards future repairs. Though having to spend money not budgeted for and having my plumbing down for a day was not fun Your Plumber mad the whole process the best it could have been. I have found my plumber for life with Your Plumber. Thank you to the whole Your Plumber team!

So far, so good! Every person from this company deserves 5 stars. From the ladies on the phones to the technicians and helpers, everyone strives for customer satisfaction. Recently relocating to Clearwater, my new home underwent a complete renovation and I wanted an honest and upfront plumber as I dont like leaks. My Plumber came out, bid the job letting me know it would be done in stages and GUARANTEED their work. Amazing!! Maybe a little pricey but, how many plumbers do you know that actually guarantee their work for 2 years? Yep, me neither!! Ultimately, I have used My Plumber and been very happy with the outcome, I am happy to refer them to friends and neighbors.

We highly recommend this company! My husband and I just had our Enviro Water System installed for our newly built home. I called Your Plumber to set up the appointment and spoked with a very friendly and helpful young lady. Riccardo came out and tested our water. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We did our research about Enviro and Riccardo provided us with more information for us to make the initial decision to invest in a whole house water filtration. He installed the system in a few hours and we are so pleased. He did a great job and we are happy with the results! We will be calling Your Plumber for all our plumbing needs!

Out $29 for the overpriced estimate. The part sells for $20 at Home Depot so it would of been $220 for 5 minutes of labor. I got 3 estimates from them with one being as high as $855 if it wasnt the faucetts cartridge but the main pipes that lead to the kitchen. Plummer said the tile would also have to be cut. Blah. Blah. Blah. I didnt want anything touched by him after hearing that. This was for a small slow steady drip not for broken pipes or water cushing everywhere. I found another company with free estimates at a lower price. I went with them and I got a 6 month guarantee.

We had a bathtub valve break off the evening of Easter Sunday and warm water was running/spraying continuously. Christian from Your Plumber was one of the few plumbers who would come out --45 minute drive-- to help us. He arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem and set about to replace a stubborn, calcified, corroded valve. He was a very good problem-solver and technician, was pleasant even working past midnight to solve our problem. He even made some other minor plumbing repairs before cleaning up. He showed considerable pride in his work; a real craftsman.

Two of this plumbing companys techs couldnt find out "clean out". Our "yard guy" found it. Presented an estimate for $32,000 along with a hard sell and a follow up of $24,000 as a lesser option. Of note, the estimate stated 450 feet of pipe, actual line is 200 at most, including under the house and all of the way to the road. Called another plumber to get a second opinion. They fixed the problem AND replaced a toilet, total bill $1,275.
