As the holidays creep closer pressure builds on every household to be clean and orderly. Guests are arriving and staying over so it is extra important that your facilities operate to the best of their ability. My guest restroom was no different. I had company arriving in a few days and a toilet that wasn’t working properly and causing issues with the shower and sink. I called Meares Plumbing out to my home to solve the problem. Turned out we had a tree root intrude into the pipe and had grown inside of it blocking the entire size of the pipe. Ed and Matt worked diligently to remove the tree root, fix the pipe, put down new cement around the pipe, install the new toilet and clean the area. I was so impressed that they had everything they needed for a seamless install. They started the job and finished it all in the same day and couldn’t have been more courteous and kind. They treated my home, my family, and I with respect. Meares Plumbing is the standard that other service industries aspire to be. It starts with a mindset to not just do the job but do the job right the first time with a smile, professional attitude, and exemplary organization. The culture of this company is a true testament to its owners who you can tell have put their heart into developing a company that they can be proud of. First time homeowner here! When my husband and I came home to a rather large water stain on our first floor ceiling, directly below where ALL the second story plumbing is....well needless to say I had a minor freak out! This being the first potentially major issue with our house, dollar signs, water damage, ceiling falling, etc. ran circles in my head. We called Meares Plumbing and they were able to send someone out that day! Nick was wonderful and took his time to throughly check all options with the care of doing the least amount of damage (our ceiling did end up needing to be cut into). The issue was actually a pipe for our AC, but he still fixed it for us and did a great job! The cost was reasonable and I have my piece of mind back. Will definitely use them again...though I hope I dont have to! Thanks!

Meares Plumbers are the best. They are always Johnny on the Spot. I called for a new water heater this morning and they had it installed up and running this afternoon. They provide professional service and text me pictures of their work if Im not there. I trust them and leave a key or lock box for access. I have 8 properties and used at least 5 different plumbers before I found Meares. I now use Meares Plumbing exclusively. They are on time, they communicate well, they deliver great service, they are professional and friendly, and they always arrive in clean uniforms. And they dont scare my wife or my tenants -- unlike my last plumber. Rob helped today -- did a great job and communicated the whole way. Have used other Meares plumbers in addition to Rob and they were all top notch.

I could not be more impressed with Meares Plumbing. These guys are the ultimate professionals as they always call you the day before your appointment to confirm and they follow that up with a call 30 minutes before they arrive (on time I would add). Ed provided us the estimate for our tankless water heater, Kevin and his assistant did a great job installing the tankless heater and gas line. Matthew hooked us up to the gas meter, removed the old water heater and fired up the tankless. All of these guys were great. I also appreciate how helpful Jessica is every time I have had to call Meares. Great job to all involved.

What an amazing company! Called for an estimate to install a water valve to hook up my dishwasher. Said they would be here in a couple of hours for an estimate. Was here in less than an hour and immediately installed/replaced BOTH valves (Hot and Cold)! The tech, Dan is awesome! Give that man a raise!! DO NOT waste your time calling the "other plumbing companies" They cant come close to this customer service. I now have a plumbing company for life! WTG Meares!!!

This is the second time I had Meares out since I bought my new villa last July. Matthew was the plumber I had this week, he was both professional and friendly. He showed offers the company had but didnt push. He gave me 2 choices for estimate, both really reasonable. They were out in a hour without charging emergency fees. I would recommend this company to anyone that asked, both plumbers were fantastic but would ask for Matthew for future plumbing jobs.

Big leak under our kitchen sink!!! called our condo association and they recommended meares - i was sooo happy!!! I called and lisa answered and has such a great phone personality!!! she was precise and extremely helpful!!! She sent James - who was beyond awesome! he fixed the leak and then since i just wanted a new faucet they purchased it and james came back and installed!!! the install was done perfectly and cleaned up! I would recommend them highly!!!
