The service we got from Bryan today was awesome. Super nice guy, down to earth and extremely helpful. We had a problem with gnats / phorid flies in our master bathroom, and after terminex and Orkin couldnt help us, we were devastated. After seeing a few fly out under our toilet (gross!) I called h20 and the receptionist Stephanie was very helpful, she offered to call me back while she got an idea of what our problem could be and she called us back in 10 minutes with a solution! She explained that the seal around our toilet may be letting the flies in. With that, our service was scheduled for the next day. Today Bryan came out on time and quickly and efficently fixed our toilet seal, the price was super reasonable (especially after working with roto rooter in the past) and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this family owned company, they are awesome!

H20 plumbing Solutions would get 10 stars if it was possible!!! To everyone involved in our plumbing repairs and water treatment install I thank yall so very much!!! The plumbers, helpers and the office secretary were all very polite, knowledgeable and made sure everything was done proper. I tried finding a plumber for some time and I found this one by reviews I read online thankfully as they turned out to be fantastic and am praying they will take care of any of our plumbing needs in the future!! All of you are great and I can not say enough about how nice yall were and how happy we are with the quality of your work and with being able to meet yall, it truly was a pleasure doing business with yall and thank you for a job well done!!

We hired them to uninstall all bathroom fixtures for a sub floor repair. We were left with tub drain cut below floor from pulling up on pipe before cutting, drywall damage from sazall and pry bar use to remove vanity and shower stall, broken toilet flange. After a few conversations with the owner he acknowledged our issues and included the the toilet and shower were incorrectly capped. We requested a refund of 200.00 of the 480.00 paid. Then the owner had a scorned attitude and said I want to bring the county inspector out with me to see whats not code. We took that as a treating gesture and realized that he had no intention of resolving the problem. We provided photos a second time as requested - never heard from him again.

Great company ! Excellent pricing . I am very happy with the work Bryan the supervisor did . My toddlers decided to flush some of there toys down the toilet and a plunger or snake would have never got them out. I also had a leaking kitchen sink . I had another company install the kitchen sink a few months ago and it started leaking already because it was done improperly . Bryan explained to me what was wrong with the plumbing under the sink and suggested replacing it before we had more issues. Overall after this experience I will use H20 Plumbing Solutions from now on.

Bill was great! We had a high water bill and Hernando County said we had a leak on our side. The water bill was several hundred dollars and I was really scared to call a plumber. We found H2O and even on the phone Bill started to put my mind at ease. They were out the same day and quickly found the source of the problem. With in two days our problem was fixed and for less Than I thought. He also gave us advice which enabled us to get money back from our high water bill. We highly recommend this company.

We sent in a work request with an attached photo through their website, then followed up with a phone call. They were here in less than 24 hours and had our leak near the water meter fixed and good as new. The women we talked to on the phone was super friendly and set everything up for us. The two guys that showed up to do the work were professional and very pleasant. I really cant say enough good things about this company. I think we found our "go to" plumbing company for all of future needs.

If you want good, honest service call these guys!!! We just bought our house and a few months later the sink wouldnt work. Brian worked hard for 2 hours trying to figure out why the sink was clogged. Long story short the pipe leading to the main pipe wasnt done properly. They worked with us on the price and kept their word on how much it would cost. They had everthing fixed in one day and the sink works better than when we moved in. I will only call these guys if I ever have plumbing issues again.

Came home Monday evening after a long w/e out of town to find my kitchen floor soaking wet and determined the h2o line to my auto icemaker and h2o dispenser had a small hole in the plastic tubing. Called first thing Tues morning and they had Mark here by 11 am he ran a new line and then Bill stopped by to check the work. Kudos to this company, got here quicky, repaired the problem, and charged a fair price I know who to call for all my next plumbing needs.
