Customer service on the weekend is horrible. I called in while my air was out and this lady was literally rushing me to make a decision to be placed on their board. They charge $90 for showing up and premium repair fee, however, she couldnt give me an estimated time of arrival. Her exact words were, "we put you on the board and we get to you when we can". My issue with that statement is this. If I am paying premium cost and an increased consultation fee, the minimum I am expecting is an idea if I will be receiving service. Also being that I am no expert, I asked if I can just consult with my wife if we want to go ahead with the appointment and she kept reminding me she has other calls. I found it very distasteful for a company that has been around for years. They need a workflow that can give their paying customers some assurance what they are signing for.

If you want to get ripped off then go ahead and use this company. I just called do a quote of installation for a new nest thermostat. The actual installation only takes about 20 minutes. I installed it on my other home in Georgia with another air conditioning company and they charged me one hour of labor. This company wants to charge $150 to install plus a $75 trip charge for a grand total of $225 to install a thermostat. This is ridiculously high for 20 minutes of work. The woman on the phone did not even know what a nest thermostat was. It is ridiculous that an air conditioning company doesnt even know the technology that has been offered for years now.

True customer service & Dependability by Jim Gantz & the Bayonet team. Completely diagnosed the issues & stood behind their work from a little over 2 years ago. I have been a BAYONET customer for five years and have always had excellent service! Regardless of the technician, the the service is professional and the price is always reasonable. I especially prefer John Eurell as he is polite, professional and through! Great job!
