Carrier continues to be the laziest carrier I have ever experienced. On Monday, a car was near the mail box and the carrier pulled up in front of the car, but decided she didnt want to get out of the vehicle so she drove off without delivering the mail. On Wednesday, the same female carrier drove the mail truck up my driveway and placed packages at the very edge of my front porch. She did not ring the doorbell. On Thursday, the same female carrier drove the mail truck up my driveway and placed packages at the very edge of my front porch. She did not ring the doorbell. I have been calling the supervisor repeatedly to report this activity, but the line remains busy. With todays technology .. who has a busy signal???

Had a package out for delivery today in Jonesboro and spoke to my neighbor on there front porch, the mailman drove by and left mail in my neighbors box and he never even glanced at mine. 3 hours later the status changed to "No Access" which means they didnt have access to my property. I have no fence or dogs and I was standing outside so that reasoning made no sense considering they didnt even attempt to stop the mail truck. A week earlier I had problem getting my packages because it supposedly no safe place to leave it, I dont know if I have a new mail person but Im noticing a pattern and I dont like it.

I am SO sick and tired of these LAZY carriers!!!! I have tracked several packages that were indicated as "out for delivery IN JONESBORO" early one morning, and then not receive the package until 2-3 days later. SMH Like others have stated, I have also been present at home and had packages just thrown onto my porch without any type of knock or ring of the doorbell. I used to live in Duluth GA, and NEVERRRR had these issues with COMMON courtesy. I have attempted to speak with a manager about my concerns without success.

Only gave1star because it is the lowest I can give it should be zero ! My complaint is I have been my new home since September 2015 and I continue to get other people after calling the office several times and writing on the mail person does not live here ! I even put a sticky on the inside of the mailbox to remind them who lives here ! Still I get other peoples mail ! All I want is to go to my box and get MY mail no one elses I ! I feel as I have given more than enough time to get it correct !!

Been at my location almost 4 years. Terrible service! Mail carriers have stolen our packages. I had to complain to managers. That didnt help. So I had to call the inspector general. Police had to get involved! Shouting match ensued in the past with the mail carrier. Lied and said packages were delivered when in fact they were not delivered. Leaves stuff on your front porch without knocking when it does get delivered. Post Office employees onsite are rude, mean and down right aggressive.

Postman failed to deliver a package to door toady. Instead of bringing the parcel to my door, he instead left an attempted to deliver notice in my mailbox. I watched the post man the entire time from my window (since I live 10-15 feet from the Mailbox). I waited until he left to go the the mailbox. Have some integrity, walk a few steps to deliver the parcel instead of leaving a false notice. UPS or Fed Ex will knock on your door minimally.

Terrible!!! I had a package delivered and nobody even rang the doorbell or knocked so it was just sitting outside in the sun... 2 days later I had another package coming so I decided to watch the postman through the window. He threw the package at my door and left!! Horrible service.

I work in Law Office. This carrier is clearly very lazy. They will send back mail to us that state "No Such Street" when the streets clearly exist. Apparently Mt Zion Rd isnt a real thing. News to me.

Always a very long wait time to mail a letter, self-serve machine usually broken, staff rude and slow and dont seem to care, go to another post office if possible.

I dont like that I get other peoples mail and that they drop off mail at 530 in the afternoon. Its ridiculous for those who need their mail sooner.

The regular postman is super, great, but the substitutes are terrible. Mail gets misplaced never or delivered.
