I have had consistent issues with my mail! At least 4 times a week I get mail for other addresses. And twice Ive sent checks that magically never arrived - both times costing me a cancelled check fee. But now, this takes the cake. I ordered presents for my kids for Easter, 2-day prime shipping from Amazon. I do this often since Im a busy mom. Ive never had an issue, even at Christmas time! (Mostly from FedEx & DHL though, theyre always on time!) the marked the presents as delivered and sent me a note saying they were available for pick up.(why the kindles werent delivered I dont know- they managed to get the 2 pair of shoes here!) I get there and they tell me no, i cant pick them up. ..its too many things to look through to find my package. I said this is from the Easter Bunny for 6 year olds. .. and the young guy basically shrugged his shoulders at me and said well Amazon says 2 day but we really have 30 days to get it to you. Totally uncaring...totally refusing to look for it. If they know someone paid for two-day shipping -which would have been Saturday...why wouldnt it be available at least for pick up??? Rediculous!

Took time out of my familys day on Saturday 8/12 to ship an itemto an eBay buyer. The buyer was in a hurry to receive his package so I used priority mail like I always do. Im a resident of Middletown and I usually use my local post office. This particular day I as headed to Dayton with my fiancé and daughter so I shipped the package here at this location. The buyer was very specific as to wanting to be able to track the item and I assured him that would be no problem. Dropped the item off at 11:30 AM and it was not scanned in by the employee as I have been informed here by the clerk. He never once asked for the tracking number. The employee was not interested in helping me whatsoever. Working on the customer service industry this kind of service irks me to the fullest! Excuse my terrible pencuation as I am upset this morning!!! Please avoid doing any time sensitive shipments here the employees do not care about their customers!!!!

I have had to call several times complaining about drivers breaking and damaging packages. Leaving my deliveries hanging out of the mail box to become soaked. Throwing boxes at my front door. Leaving boxes out in thevery rain. Driving like maniacs through our subdivision. Just all around disrespectful. The lady we used to have friends years was amazing and has apparently left or moved. When I call they tell me they will look into it and file a complaint of a damaged package online. I have had to do that about 7 times in the year of 2016. That also happens to be the first 7 complaints I have ever filed in about 20 years.

I have had to call multiple times to complain about service. I havent received any of my mail for a week now. The person I just spoke to today acted as if he could care less. NOT professioal at all. Also I have received my neighbors mail and the mail carrier was delivering my mail to others. Also they toss any packages on my front steps instead of by my door. They are also supposed to knock or ring the doorbell when dropping off packages. That has never been done.

Ordered 2 day shipping from amazon and waited half the day working in the garage facing my mail box waiting on these parts and finally get a notification that delivery was attempted and time stamped during the period I was waiting here. ..... Very poor service, its no wonder people are using different delivery services anymore. And then try to call someone and have a 45 min. Wait. ...what a JOKE

They delayed my package today because it was raining!! I ve been outside working in it all day today you wouldnt be out of your vehicle for more than 30 seconds. But you managed to leave the rest of the mail. Glad it wasnt time sensitive. Worst post office ever!!! The only way I found out was through amazon not the post office

The mail carriers are absolutely terrible. I caught one of them throwing my package down the stairs to my door instead of walking down the stairs and placing it by my door. Thats disrespectful and rude. Im sure they wouldnt appreciate getting their packages treated so poorly.

Have had to call them multiple times because we always get the wrong addresses mail, which makes me fear they get ours and we are missing important documents sent. Worse post office I have ever had.
