These are miserable human beings who hate their lives – and take it out on their customers. Until I discovered these reviews, I thought it was personal and could never understand why they hated me so much. Every time I step foot in this store I remind myself – why in the hell did I come here?! The only reason I use this location is because they are the only USPS in my area that’s open on Saturdays. If the line is short, there will always be 2 to 3 staffers at the front willing to help. Once it gets busy, and the line is out the door, everybody magically disappears – it never fails. For that reason, I always prepay for my postage and print my labels a home. One day I walked in (there was no line), and handed my prepaid package to the lady at the counter. She then proceeded to go into an incoherent tirade which continued after I walked out and was in the parking lot. Thats right, she was still screaming at me when I was in the parking lot getting into my car! Apparently, she was upset that I handed her the package as opposed to placing it on top of the counter. Anything will set these people off! My other favorite story is when I went in to mail some documents. I had them packaged professionally in a box and asked for it to be sent Media Mail. The lady (different from previous encounter) asked me what I had in the box. I told her medical documents. She said was it for educational purposes. I said yes. She then said she couldn’t mail it Media Mail because there was no way of knowing what was in the package – basically calling me a liar. For several minutes a very spirited conversation ensued. I ended it by saying, “So you’re refusing my service and won’t take my money?” She said, “Yes.” I said, “OK, I’ll just take it to another post office. Thank you, goodbye." Don’t waste your time at this location!

Worst experience ever! I usually dont write reviews but this time I decided to write one because I have never seen in my entire career life a worse service than this place! I usually go there to send a number of envelopes that might vary in destination and weight. Every time I go there I hear new rules and compaints from the 1 or 2 employees that work behind the counter about sending my mail. One time, "you have too many" next time "we can do 7 at a time then you will have to go and stand in line again", the following time "you need to buy the stamps and put them yourself" another time "we have the self serve machine, you can go do them yourself"...and the list goes on.... So I decided to do what they are suggesting to make it easier on everyone. The self serve machine was out of order, I asked to buy the stamps, the supervisor said "oh, we are out of some series" and she tried to suggest to me to round the amount and making me pay more for each envelope just because they were out of stamps, and when I asked the employee another time to do 7 at a time and I will go and stand back in line, she said "we cannot do that, you need to buy your own stamps and use them"...Go figure! This is just one of many stories about that place...I am wondering why money is wasted to keep that place open!

This location has the rudest staff of any post office that I have ever been visited. They are not helpful. Always seem like they dont want to be there and dont want to deal with people. Guess what. Its your job. If you hate it, then find another one instead of being so incredibly RUDE to customers. There is one lady (either Indian or Middle Eastern, NOT the one with the glasses) who has the worst customer/people skills. They should really consider sticking her in the back where she doesnt have to deal with the public. It might make her happy (shes always miserable and grouchy when I go into this location). It would DEFINITELY make the residents of Roswell and surrounding areas happy since we would have to deal with her or her crass attitude.

Better than the average post office in my neck of the woods, with more products, more space, but the same low-level of customer service. They have greeting cards, which is something that Ive never seen in a USPS location. Keep in mind that my hometown isnt all that big and I usually go to the post office in Bagdad, FL instead of waiting for the human sloths at the main branch to get crackin and do some actual work. Parking isnt an issue, other than dodging the Mario Andretti wannabes zooming around like they are important people and have someplace to be. Watch for those nimrods and youll be fine.

On This merry morning while trying to mail my sister a birthday card hence being her birthday today, I headed to this post office. I had money ready to put in the card but didnt have a pen. As I walked in the floors were wet. Obviously someone mopped hence the sign saying slippery watch your step. Anyway this rude unprofessional woman wearing earphones told me to back the f up and let the floor dry I replied Im on the dry tile may I have a pen she carelessly threw a pen on the counter and continued to say Mann I shouldnt have even mopped. Merry Christmas.

I just returned from the post office. Needed to send a special package and forgot what forms needed. There was only one person at the front service area. She was extremely helpful. Not only to me, but each person in line. She tried to help each with: the least expensive way to send, or best protected, or directing us to correct forms, or correcting errors customers had made. Empathetic while being very knowledgeable and professional.

Basically what you would expect from a poorly run government entity. Its filled with semi useful people that talk about people after theyve left. Employees treat you like their presence is basically doing you a favor and youre lucky to wait for their apathy and overall poor service. Dont come here expecting anything and youll be better off.

The only person that its nice in there is indian older lady with long black hair everyone else are so rude and disrespectful. They treated a senior citizen like trash and i try to stand up for him and the lady with blonde short hair told me to shut up . Do not come here unless you want to be disrespected.

Worst usps Ive ever been to. The little middle eastern lady is very rude, not helpful and this isnt just for me. She was very short with multiple customers that were being friendly. it seemed the more customers there were, the slower she went. Old Milton usps will get the rest of my business.

Nice ladies working at this location. Came to mail a package without proper labeling, staff helped me fix that. Then once the postage was attached I realized I forgot my wallet. She held my packages until I could run home and get my wallet. Great service!

Worse service ever. They wonder why the postal service is dying. How can a package sit at a post office for over a day and not even move. And now it is delayed an additional 2 days before it can be delivered. Ill be sure to use UPS from now on.
