Usually I like going to this post office because it is never busy, however after the poor customer service I received today it really made me reconsider ever coming to this location in the future. To make a long story short, when I came in I noticed that the large postage envelopes and postage labels that are normally located conventiely in the front were out. When I went to the counter to be assisted by postal worker Ms. Vendetta, she immediately asked me rudely did I have a label already after I told her the transaction I needed. I informed her that they were out in the front. She then argued with me back and fourth saying that they were there when they indeed were not because I checked. I also informed her that the large envelopes were out when she insisted that I should have gotten a large envelope instead of a small one. Once again she insisted on being right about the envelopes being there when they were not. I then told Ms. Vendetta that I was not going to argue back and fourth with her about an envelope. She then said "you will not shut me up". I then stated that she had a bad attitude and she replied and told me that "Im the one with the attitude". By this point I was so shaken up and upset that I was being treated this way as a customer. I didnt trust her to complete my transaction because she acted very rude and unprofessional throughout the transaction, so I handed my completed envelope to another employee. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was informed by another employee that there was not a supervisor at this location. I strongly suggest a supervisor be placed at this location to resolve any future disputes between a customer and employee. I am truley disappointed and appalled at how Vendetta handled herself as a postal worker. And how I was treated as a customer. I am a customer service professional and I would never treat a customer in that manner. Please work with Vendetta to improve her professionalism and customer service skills in the future. Thank you.

Very horrible experience at this post office these people are seriously racist and dont give a f*** about customers they have lost all respect from me and hopefully you as well and all of the employees are very ghetto and have nothing but disrespect for you and themselves they are little pieces of s***

The ladies here are pleasant to do business with and dont give you any attitude. I wish every post office was like this one... Unfortunately Im moving and will have to deal with one of the other 1.5 star locations.
