I noticed the good reviews here and article in the Citizen, so I thought I would give Christian Brothers a try. Very disappointed. Took my Toyota Highlander in to fix brakes. I was shown a printed invoice of $900 to do the job, which I found pretty shocking. Change all 4 pads, all 4 rotors and flush/clean brake line. I was told it was "black." I asked if the rotors could be machined and not replaced and was told "no, they all had to be replaced." I asked them to show me where they were worn out. The technician told me to wait and hed check to see if indeed the back rotors needed to be changed. Obviously this was puzzling because he just told me they did need to be changed. He came back and told me yes, they needed to be changed and he took me out in the shop to show me. Im really no expert but have a working knowledge of car brakes, so I really didnt know what to look for, but he didnt mention anything about wear depth on rotors or much else on brakes other than "rust", so I didnt really feel too confident that he knew much either. I told them I couldnt put that kind of money into this car with such high mileage and just take it off lift and I would have to think about it. Before I left they handed me another invoice for $700+ dollars saying that would remove the fluid flush/clean cost. Drove down to Expert Tire and $480 dollars later, I had my brakes fixed and they were able to machine my front rotors, thus they didnt have to be replaced. Frankly from the very beginning I never felt confident I was being handled fairly at christian brothers. It was like they drove my car and put it up on lift, took tires off and told me it would be $900 without really trying to help me or take a close look at my car. My advice would be to make sure you shop around for auto repair. CB may counter my claims buy arguing about part quality or machining the rotors but all work was done perfectly to spec and has been braking fine and the mechanic actually spoke mechanic lingo about the amount of wear on each rotor and what was acceptable and what was not.

Matt, John, and all of the techs at CBA are just great!!!!! I am always thoroughly pleased with the level of service that I receive with Christian Brothers Automotive. They are always truly professional and have never been anything otherwise with me or anyone that I know who services their vehicles with them. I am a business owner and I put a lot of miles on our vehicles. We have a Lincoln Navigator L with almost 200,000 flawless miles on it. Save for a tune up and routine maintenance, this vehicle has not even come close to flinching under the pressure of constant use and an extensive number of miles being logged on it daily. We had a hose spring a leak at around 150,000 miles and fluid leaked onto coils. Needless to say three of the coils went out. Went to the dealer over $1,200.00 was the estimate. Went to CBA with the exact same issue and they fixed it plus did some additional work and still came in under $700.00. In addition to this, the warranty they offer is beyond compare to anyone out there and I do mean anyone!!!!! The only vehicle manufacturer that can compare to their warranty is Rolls Royce. The warranty they have is always the mileage plus the time and whichever comes last!!!!! This is unheard of in the automotive repair industry! But they do it! Fantastic!!! Fantastic!!! Fantastic!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Whats most amazing about CBA, is the stunning professionalism, and courtesy they display, not only up front, but in the work they do as well! From the time I walked in the door, they made me feel comfortable, and treated me like I was their #1 customer. The owner, Matt, as well as the rest of his team, were nothing but honest and fair. They go above and beyond, to not only make sure that you get the best fix, but that they can get you the MOST value for your money. I went in to have my right front wheel inspected for a vibration, and looseness around the hub. After they inspected it, we found a world of suspension problems I never knew I had, and CBA was able to fix it up, and still stay within my budget. Now my cars entire front end is redone, and it drives like a dream. No more bumps or noise! If your not familiar with the cost of suspension work, it can get up in the $1000s. But the guys at CBA got me all fixed up for less that $600!!! I would recommend these guys to to anyone who needs their vehicle repaired, whether you are on a budget, or just getting your "baby" a tune up, CBA is the place to take your vehicle to!

I called on 12/5 detailing a power stirring issue on a 2012 Hyundai Sonata, was told they could handle the job to it in the next day, was called on Wednesday saying it needed new power steering motor and other parts and would cost around 875.00 to fix. I stated go ahead and get parts, was called next day and told parts came in with damaged wires , they would re order, next day told me they again came in with damaged wiring. At this point was also told they really couldnt fix issue as it would still need to be programed by the dealer , ok fine I will pick it up. When I went to pick it up they wanted to show me issues with the wiring on replacement parts, and to my shock and surprise they were going to place used parts on my car and never told me this, wow what a shock. So I told them thats fine as I needed to leave my truck there why I took the car to the Hyundai dealer in Newnan, didnt want to take a chance on making them mad with my truck left after closing. Long story short got my power steering fixed at no cost as a electrical plug for it wasnt connected good . Watch them close is my best advise.

I highly recommend you not do business with CBA! They are not honest, nor or they good at vehicle repairs! The first time I went to CBA, my check engine light was on. They wanted $85 just to read the diagnostic code! I left. No way am I paying that when B&L will read it for free. I decided to give them another chance. Went back a second time and gave them a list of five things I wanted fixed/checked on my car. They called me and tried to sell me $2200 worth of repairs. Only one of the five things on my list was included in the repairs they tried to sell me. Instead, they claimed to find several other "major" things wrong with my vehicle. I asked about the other things on my list and they said they would check them. When I go to pick up my car, only two of the five things on my list are fixed and they know nothing about the others (even though they have them listed in their system). One of the things they "fixed" quit working before we even left the parking lot. They use scare tactics to try to up sell you to do more expensive repairs. I would avoid this place!!
