I went to Tire Plus on Cascade today because my tire went flat. The representative told me I needed 4 tires. I agreed to get the tires and waited. I was told there was only one person ahead of me. It was over 30 minutes before the mechanic came and got my car. I looked in the back and most of them were laughing, talking and just taking their time. The one who had my car took as long as he could just to put on 4 tires, please. Ive decided this is not the place to bring your business if you want courteous, professional and immediate service. So sad ! Id just like to say maybe not all Tire Plus locations are like this but Cascade will not get anymore of my money. Update to my previous review 12/16/16: Will from Tire Plus gave me a call on 12/19/16 and made everything right. I really did not think Id hear from them but I was wrong. He apologized for my experience and other resolutions to this situation incorporated. He stated he talked with the employees, hopefully, this will not happen again. I edited my one star to a three star rating. Thanks, Will.

Tires plus is now a tires minus for me. I took my truck there for repairs to pass my emissions. (Of course they told me I needed tires.) After paying almost $1,000 for parts and labor the next day the same issue started again. I took it back to them and they worked on it again. They told me it was fixed, it wasnt. The next day my engine light come on again. They looked at my truck a third time and told me to take it to the dealer to get a diagnostic report so that they could figure out what was wrong. They told me they would pay for it. I got the diagnostic and after sharing it with them I was told to let the dealership do the work and they would pay for it. They then gave me $95 for the Dealers diagnostic. Nothing for the additional $400 I had to pay for the repairs or for all the money and time I wasted taking my truck to them. To begin with. The staff was friendly great etc... But, that alone isnt enough for me to recommend or ever return to this shop. (Which is sad because they are in a great location for me.) maybe they should be just tires.

I drove my car up here to this location after losing pressure in my brakes i get there drop it off they tell me it would be done by 4pm it was 930am. My car was ready at 1015am i wasnt mad about that but i would have waited for my car instead of leaving so they find out the problem my hoses is leaking and my car wont hold brake fluid so i dont have brakes at this point they tell me they cant fix my hoses (which is 8.49 at autozone) unless i get new brakes and rotors which is 567$ and they wanted to charge 89.99 for the hoses they are thiefs AAMCO IS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took my car in this morning to get just one tire replaced after puncturing it last night. I dropped it off, went to eat breakfast, and came back 40 minutes later and my car was still sitting where I parked it. There were at least four bays open and ready, and employees just milling around as if they had nothing to do. I had to ask them to start it so I could get on with my day...I shouldnt have to ask. If I need another tire in the future, Id rather drive further out of my way to the Tara Blvd location... At least they are quick and courteous there.

This location needs to take pride in their delivery process. Each time Ive visited, my car is delivered with oil and grease on my seats, doors, and mats. I will not do business with this location again due to the fact that they dont take pride in respecting other peoples property. My car has light tan interior and they got in it without taking the precautions to return it the way they received it. Your work is your signature!

It like to start by saying i never take the time out of my day to leave a review good or bad. But I had such an awful experience at this store that I must warn any and everyone dont go here. The store manager Enrique is a complete and total liar he promised tires next day after a 25 deposit and the next day no tires and a bad attitude to go along with it stay away at all cost unless u broke down right in front of the store!

Kanneisha was great! She explained the charges in great detail removing the anxiety of dealing with hidden cost. Additionally, she treated everyone that she encountered during my visit with exceptional service. Her level of service should be shared with a larger audience. I would recommend moving her to a location that could really compliment her skills. There was a short wait but it was expected because it was a holiday.

Total rip off!!!! Got A/C service done and paid 1000 plus....... 12 months later went back because it failed and payed 800 more then had to take it back because it was installed wrong because there was only hot air coming from the vents!!!!!!! Took it to a ford dealership and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly and told me the problem that tires plus told me my car had was not the problem!!!!

Came to get tire rotation they advise me i needed 3 tires ... Just purchased 1 tire 6 months ago and another tire the end of May . well i am returning after seeing that the one bad tire that was in front passenger side .. Is in same spot.. . so i left be told that my tires was rotated and bad tire was in rear passenger..... Makes me wonder have my tires been getting rotated.... Hmm

Its okay. I like the people, but the service is a hit or miss with these guys. Its never a smooth operation, its always that little something that works your nerves, like a missing valve cap or a new ding on the car...something. Its seldom an above average experience so I must rate the store as average.

Poor work! They will do work and then claim that you have a different problem that they cant fix they told me i need exhaust work after replacing a $200 part. The exhaust shop confirmed that three part replaced was done improperly and that there was nothing wrong with my exhaust!

Destroyed my wifes car. Went for an oil change... On top of being rude. They didnt put my oil cap back on and left the oil filter loose. All oil had spilled out the car the first time it was driven. Blew up the engine about three hours into the trip. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!

Excellent service. I had to have a lot of work done and their customer service was great. They explained everything clearly, offered me options and even gave me a ride home so I wouldnt have to wait.

Even with appointments here, you wait 3-4,hours for an oil change. They tell everybody the same without an appointment we can schedule you in , boy then the wait is 4 hours or more starting at 8am
