After purchasing new tires, the tires have continued to shake and pull. There have not been the appropriate or corrective measures within the management or from upper level administration to satisfy this matter. Because of faulty equipment, the wrong tires placed on my car and/or just a poor facility, I had taken my car back 3-4 times to have the tires re-balanced. Dan, the manager FINALLY informed me that his machine was faulty and that I wasnt the only customer experiencing this issue. I asked for the District Managers contact because in addition to the tire issue, my car was also damaged while there. The number he gave me was to a person named "Roger." Further, he asked me to take it elsewhere and he would reimburse me for the balancing. Once presenting the receipt, he then said that I would be reimbursed within 3-4 business days. About a month later, I called, complaining about the same problem with the balance and inquired about my reimbursement. The manager THEN told me that it would take about 30 days and that he informed me of this upon our initial conversation about the reimbursement. However, that was NOT true. He then told me that he would talk to his district manager and would call me back right back. This was on a Thursday. After not hearing back from him, I called him back on a Tuesday. He then LIED AGAIN and said that he informed me to bring the car in to inspect it before he would put new tires on my vehicle. I asked for his District Managers number AGAIN. This time, he gave me a name other than "Roger." Once I questioned him, he said "No-Roger is my tire inventory guy." However, he did NOT say that to me, which was ANOTHER lie! To date, the problem yet exists. I wish there was a zero rating, as I would mark that. Unfortunately, it doesnt go beyond a rating of 1. This management processed a wealth of inaccuracies within his framework of misinformation and holds no accountability to his word. As well, he assumed that I was an idiot in that he felt as if he could feed me enough to push me away due to being discouraged. However, this will NOT happen! Thus, I am pursuing legal avenues to correct his actions. I wouldnt return to this shop if it were offering a million dollars for my toe clippings!

Dan the manager must have gotten tired of being nice and honest because he did the basic bait and switch on me. I called him and asked him how much it would be to change the front wheel bearing on my car. He told me it was $370.00 to do if he got the part. I asked him how much it was if I got the part and he told me it was $200.00 plus tax. I went ahead and got the part and took it in to him and he told me it was $216.00 plus tax but I would have to bring it back because it was too late to start before they were going to close. I said thats fine and I would bring it back in the morning. The next morning I took the car back and he looked it up again and said it was $260.00 plus tax with an additional $20.00 for shop supplies. With tax it was $291.00. I was floored that he basically added $100.00 to the original quote. I voiced my displeasure and told him what he had told me the day before and he stated "Oh, thats right, I remember talking to you." He then proceeded to try and give me a discount of $20.00. Since I didnt have time to find another place to do it so I said OK but it was quite irritating that after all these good reviews I get the bait and switch from these guys. Never again will they be seeing me or my money.

What a GREAT group of techs. I brought my car in bc my AC was not working and I had been previously told it was my discharge hose. I just wanted to get an estimate of what it would cost to fix this issue. Once I got there, Dan, the manager spent some time speaking with me to get a clear understanding of what exactly was not working. He took a look under the hood and then pulled it around and hooked it up to the machine to run a test of the AC. Come to find out, the place I took it originally was completely wrong with what they told me needed to be done. Dan was VERY honest and helpful. He brought me into the bay and showed me exactly what the issue was. He told me it would be best to have a GM mechanic look at it and work on it. The problem was not even the AC. I will DEFINATELY be returning to this location in the future. I felt comfortable and knew they were being 100% honest with me and not trying to rip me off. They even threw a few pound of refrigerant in my car for no charge. I cannot express how great the customer service was and how satisfied I was with my experience there.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! i have a hybrid car and was worried about getting service outside of the dealership (where i usually go) I found a coupon for an oil change so i visited this CarX store, the manager Dan was super friendly and helpful, he explained how my car works and although they cant service my engine or transmission he told me about the rest of the services they can provide for my car and how its way more affordable than going to my local dealers service center. Looking forward to the savings. Thank you Car X!

Took my car in for the rear brakes, as I had a terrible price quote from another shop. Dan the manager was very friendly, honest, and even convinced me to get the rear shocks done (they were a little old, and starting to leak). I got a great deal on brakes and shocks, and it cost me $100 less than what the other shop quoted me just for brakes! Very satisfied with the service, and will come back again!

I have been doing business with CarX in Springdale for many years. Last visit, I found the waiting area very tidy. The service time was expeditious. During other visits that required more in depth service, my questions were answered so I could understand what caused the problem and why the repair/s were necessary. Everyone was courteous and the pricing was reasonable. I will return again.

Always have had a very good experience with this CarX branch. They tell me what I need to know and they have never tried to sell me something that I didnt need. I trust their opinion and will continue to bring my car back although there is another one closer to my house.
