Absolutly aweful service. only used them twice but I will never use them again. Compared to Quickstop they do not even compare in service or customer care. The first time we used them, they did not use the right tools to take off the oil filter, so it leaked all over my drive way. When we went back the manager would not do anything about it so we had to take it to mazda to fix the problem cause it was done so poorly. Mazda said it looked like whoever changed the oil had no idea what they were doing. The second time (I dont know why we even went back) they charged us an extra fee to take off the skid plate to get to the oil filter, and we got a coupon the next day that offered $20 off your next oil change. QUICKSTOP offeres 7 days to bring their coupons in and they will honor them even after the fact, so we assumed Valvoline would too. NOPE, the manager said, well thats QUICKSTOP, and were not them. We dont do that. We will not use Valvoline again.

They are always quick and helpful. My car knowledge is limited, at best. They give great recommendations for services they dont provide and advice on products and services they do offer. A fair price for great service!
