I Love This Place and Always Go To One Wherever I am. I went to this One Today to trade an Alternator Belt because I had Gotten the Wrong One. I had Originally Went To the One in Covington and The Guy there was Great He had to look it up and find it. I have an 83 Chevy Horizon Camper Van. The Guy found what I needed in the System but Didnt have the Belt But Said They Had it in Independence & Called Ahead for Us. My Van Squealed the whole Way and Then As We Parked in the Parking Lot We noticed it Overheating and Leaving The green Stuff....Popped the Hood & The Belt was Gone!! But When We went into the Store I felt Relieved that We had Mad it. We located the belt after only a bit of Confusion. Then The Older Gentleman as the Register asked Me Where I had Gotten it to which I replied Reading Ohio. He Then Said No We Cant and Started to Push it back towards Us. I kinda went into Bi$&h Mode Immediately which isnt too Common for Me But All I could Picture was My Poor Belt-less Van sitting out in the Parking Lot Leaking. Another Gentleman quickly Came forward and Took Over and Took Care of Us. I Felt Greatful and Terrible at the SAME Time!!! I shouldt have Freaked like that and As We was putting the New Belt on in the Parking Lot I was and Am Extremely Grateful to These Men and This Place!! They WILL Take Care of You....Just try not to Lose it with Them. Thank You, Guys, For NOT Letting Me Down!! Thats Why I am A Customer for Life!!!

This place is a joke! Every time we go here they give us the wrong part. Twice in one day they have given us the wrong calipers for two different vehicles. It is not that hard of a job! Maybe they should have higher qualifications for the job. We will never go here again and we will definitely be spreading the word.. A lot of wasted time and gas.

Ok place if you need something that they can look up in their computer. Most of the employees seem to not have a clue about anything other than what the computer tells them. Cant believe that some of these people got a job here, definitely should be more strict on the hiring policy, way to go advance!

I think this store closed down for good. I went there at 8:20 pm tonight and they were closed. All the lights were out. Maybe they went out of business. Surely, they wouldnt close early after a customer drove all the way there to get parts.
