Brent the manager of the shop helped me out big time in a time of need. I had a flat tire and needed it to get it fixed day of due to work schedule. He did let me know they were booked all day but said he would make it happen. Sure enough by close on the day of they called me in and told me they could fix this for me. Overall great customer service and Brent came through in the clutch. I am very appreciated of the staff there for fixing my car when I needed it most!

They were very responsible. They accidentally broke my hood latch, and my hood flew up on the highway. They were very courteous and took care of the repairs. They also put me in a rental car while mine was in the shop. This could have been a huge headache, instead they provided great customer service. I highly recommend this store, and particularly Jordan and Brent for taking care of the problem.

We have been using this location for several years now. They never perform service on our vehicles that isnt necessary, and have at times told us what we thought we needed we didnt. I love that when I bring my car in one day it is almost always ready the next day. I tell everyone to go here for auto service and will continue to do so. Thanks to them for being such a great company.

Ive had good service at Firestone shops before, so when I bought a used car and moved to the Newport area, I figured Id try them out. I booked an online appointment for an oil change, and when I showed up a few days later all the paperwork was ready and I was done in about an hour. No problems, so Ill be back.

went in for a slow leak, left with 4 new tires and was told i have a bent rim? had just had my 30K mile checkup at dealer and all was good. now im leaking a quart of oil every 2 weeks,,,,, coincidence? probably,,,,,but ill never go back.

I had a tire blow out on the expressway on a Saturday night. AAA towed me to the Firestone in Newport and my car was ready, new tire replaced by 10:15 on Sunday morning! They were a pleasure to deal with! Will be back!

Expensive and act like the customers know nothing. Theyve always tried to up sell me things that will cost me well over 1000$ when I go in for an oil change.
