I moved here a few years ago, and have been looking with no luck to find an auto mechanic that would treat me like a person and not a child because Im female. I brought my car to this shop (it had a bad thermostat and was overheating quickly). They were extremely friendly and helpful. Jim (the shop owner) gave me a ride back to my apartment! Ive never seen a shop offer their customers a complimentary shuttle service.. that totally blew me away! Joe picked me up when my car was done the next day, and the price I paid for my repair was quite reasonable. My car is fine now. Ive finally reached the end of the frustrating road of trying to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Fleet Doc is outstanding in all areas of their business! Look no further!

This is a wonderful place to have your car serviced. I brought my car from Northern KY to get new tires and an alignment. A friend from Louisville told me what a great experience she had and said it was well worth her drive! I am so pleased with the service I tell my Northern KY friends if they need tires....look no further! This is Lexingtons best kept secret! Stop in and ask for Jim...he will fix you up and make you happy you chose Fleet Doc! They even told me about some rebate offers and while my tires were being installed, they helped me do the paperwork so there was no work on my end except to seal the envelope! Check them out....you will be glad you did!

Fleet Doc just saved me more $. Weve purchased 3 sets of tires over these last 18 months with great prices and service. Earlier this week another service provider advised we had a wheel bearing going out and that the same wheel had a bent rim and broken belt on the tire. Replacing the Wheel and Tire = $650. We went to Fleet Doc who checked it, couldnt find a problem, put it on the lift, couldnt find a problem, pulled the wheel off and put it on the balancer, couldnt find a problem. And they wouldnt charge us for anything they did! Impeccable honesty and service is priceless! Many thanks to Jim, Joe, Josh and the whole team! Fleet Doc is the BEST! #sharetheLex

Very RELIABLE shop, with great people. I tend to be skeptic of all auto repair shops, mostly due to bad experiences with others in the past.. but Fleet Doc really changed my perception. They are genuinely great guys, who just want to get the job done for you. Their prices are competitive, they work in a very timely fashion, and they even followed up with me several days later to make sure everything was still working great (which it was!) Coming from someone who is always worried about getting ripped off, I honestly believe these guys are TRUSTWORTHY and I highly recommend them next time you need you car worked on.

I was in the area for a wedding (originally from Baltimore) and as I started to head back a bunch of lights came on the dash. I didnt want to make the long trek home not knowing what was wrong with my car, so I called up Fleet Doc and they told me to come right in. Honestly, the kindest, friendliest service Ive ever received! They were straight forward and honest about the issue and took the time to explain everything to me. If I didnt live 8 hours away, I would definitely make this my go-to spot to get my car taken care of! 10/10 would recommend, every time!

I travel extensively for work (40K miles/year) and the team at Fleet Doc keeps my Mazda CX9 in top performing condition. The oil changes are to the original equipment specifications. The car runs as good as when I first got it. Im now at 104K miles. The shop area is clean and visible from the showroom. I needed a ride back to work and they drove me back with their courtesy shuttle service. I have been very pleased with the prices and level of service.

Fleet Doc just serviced my car with an oil change and transmission fluid exchange. I went in the morning and they gave free transportation to work. I was called quickly to say it was finished and they picked me back up again for no charge. This place is reliable, fast, and has great prices. The employees were friendly. I would recommend this shop for your car maintenance. They also sell tires at a great cost.

I bought a used Mazda in 2010 with 80 thousand miles and was plagued by one problem after another. I dealt with a number of mechanics, and I can confidently say that Fleet Docs service is the only thing that has kept me running right. Since their tune-up, Ive gone the longest yet without having any issues. Reliability is the word I would use to describe this repair shop--I highly recommend it!
