My family and I traveled to Lexington for a a baseball tournament when our 2003 Ford Expedition check engine light came on. After having it diagnosed I replaced the EGR valve during a game. The check engine light did not go off so on Sunday I visited Autozone and meet Jon from Complete auto. He offered to take a look at it for free and scan my car. After scanning the system he cleared the board and believed that I had fixed the right vacuum hose. The check engine light came on again and hour later after packing so the family and I drove over to Complete Auto for Jons assistance. He more than was willing to help and had noticed that the rubber housing for the mass flow sensor was loss and fixed it. All was better and the check engine light never came back on. My family and I appreciate Jon and Complete auto for helping us out in a time of need...Thank you

I have an older vehicle and before complete automotive not only did I over pay for repairs, the repairs werent quality work. Ever since I found Complete Automotive Repair I can relax, the mechanics do stellar work and I can rest easy when I leave knowing they did the work they said they would do and if that werent enough they guarantee their work. I will never take my car anywhere else for service. I tell all my friends and family to go to Complete Automotive Repair because they really are the best and do such quality work and charge very reasonable prices for their superb work. In my estimation thats a bargain! As a bonus, you have a well mannered high quality staff that treats you with respect and cares about every customer like its their only customer. I would send anyone I care about here, knowing how well they will be treated.

My 2004 Jeep had several nagging issues Id been dealing with awhile, ranging from electrical problems to an annoying and hard to identify oil leak. John was great at keeping me updated throughout the (quick) repair process, and Im happy to report that C.A.R. delivered in every way. Wish Id come here sooner. Highly recommended.

Just ripped my daughter off. Called and told her it wasnt her battery. Was supposed to call her back to tell her what they found out before they did the repair. They replaced the battery without her consent and charged her over $200.00. But remember they told her it wasnt her battery. Crooked....it will come back to you!

Polite, dont talk down to you, and better yet theres no gender tax, meaning I dont get charged more or talked into things I dont need and cant afford just because Im female. Reasonable prices. Reliable work.
