The branch manager, Jeremy, gave me an estimate for tires and i was charged $30 over per tire when i went in to have them mounted. I understand the concept of an estimate. But the price of tires is not speculative: i checked around before I ordered from Midas, and the price was consistenly $104-$107. Jeremy wasnt there that day so I paid thw full charge assuming that Id get a refund later, in good faith, as I had the estimate number. The technicians also "sold" me a warranty without mentioning it. Repeated attempts to contact Winton Sizemore, regional manager, were pointless and unpleasant. He rudely argued that we shouldnt have paid after the tires were mounted and said they didnt owe us money for the tires or the warranty. I didnt have time to play around with these people. I was moving out of state in two days and just needed the tires mounted. I feel as though they took advantage of my situation knowing that Id be gone and they wouldnt have to worry about me coming into the shop and complaining. This was at the end of April, the issue has not been resolved as of July 12. Winton Sizemore has not contacted us though he said he would try to remedy the situation, and is not answering his phone, like a coward.

Oil change done in September of 2016. Took about an hour, including waiting on other cars to finish before me. I received my car back clean. No trace that a sweaty dirty guy had been in there. My oil Change Indicator was not reset after the oil change. Not a big deal. The sticker with the type of oil was more stuck to the ceiling than my windshield. I had to move it because it was falling off before I even left the lot. Not a big deal. My inspection came back great. Before I came in, I knew I had a headlight out and a blinker out. I did not mention this. It was not listed in the inspection. I also know one of my brake pads is missing part of the friction material. I did not mention it. The break part of the inspection was marked green. I also have very warped rotors. They need to be changed. Again, I did not mention this before the oil change. It was not noted on the inspection. They did refill my windshield wiper fluid and noted the I should change my wiper. Everyone I spoke with from making the appointment to receiving my car back was very friendly and very accommodating. I wont bring any of my vehicles back here.

Rip off alert! I sent my daughter here to have her brakes inspected. They recommended new pads and rotors and a new air filter for over $300. I thought that was high so I decided to do it myself. After taking it apart, I learned that it did NOT need pads OR rotors OR an air filter. The parts on the car were basically new. I called the manager for an explanation. He didnt care. His reply was that is just how they do business--if someone complains of brake noise, they recommend new pads and rotors as the way to fix it, whether it needs the parts or not. And, unless the air filter is new out of the box, they recommend it be replaced. Unbelievable! Now I wonder how many times they have ripped me off before. Just drive on by. There are plenty of honest mechanics in northern Kentucky, just apparently not at Midas.

Sent my wife there while I was at work for an oil change and tire rotation and she said it was quick and painless and the staff was very friendly and informative. They gave her an oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, and topped her fluids off all for $19.99. They gave her advice on what may need fixed in the future and were not pushy to get her to get it fixed asap. They were honest with what needed done and gave her good advice without any hassle. For someone who works on cars, it was nice to know she was treated right and not taken advantage since she does not know much about maintenance on vehicles. I would definitely recommend Midas on Alexandria Pike to anyone who needs work done, at a fair and honest price. Thanks!

We went to Midas today for an oil change, tune up, new spark plugs/wires for a car we bought a few days ago used. Jeremy helped us over the phone beforehand and was helpful, friendly and professional. Gabriel helped us with a quote after inspecting the car and he was just awesome. Tried everything he could to get the important stuff we really needed done in a comfortable price range for me, explaining what they think needed done now and what could wait. He was so helpful. They were fast and we had a great experience! Thanks guys!

I switched from another car repair shop closeby to Midas. Excellent mechanics! They diagnosed the correct issues with my car and got the job done. Professional and reasonable costs. Just called them today about car not starting. Had repair work done this past Tuesday. Jeremy, the manager, personally drove to my residence to charge my battery. Followed us to his shop. Jeremy fixed brake light switch and charged. Ive never had someone come personally like Midas. Highly recommend them!!

This is the only place I will take my car. I moved, and still drive out of my way to go here. They are very honest and I trust them to help me make the best decisions on maintaining/repairing my car. I have been going here for years and dont plan on going anywhere else. Paul really knows what he is doing and Ive always been able to rely on him to take car of my car. I highly recommend going here, whether it be for a regular oil change or major repair.

Jeremy and the guys at Midas were a hoot. I hadnt planned on having my car towed there but after a no call back from my ins. co. 1st choice I was glad that Jeremy was there to confidently tell me that he could get my car fixed. I wasnt there for more than 30-40 mins tops. It made an otherwise stressful morning so much better and was able to get on with my weekend. I may change my mind tho if i do see a rodent under my hood Jeremy! :)

I had a warranty that covered some of the car repair I needed, but the original paperwork hadnt been entered into the system. Gabriel went ahead and got the repair done really well, didnt charge me for the part that was supposed to be warranteed, and then followed up with the office to get the paperwork done so that he didnt have to make we wait. Hes also really good at explaining car malfunctions.

I highly recommend the Midas location at 2102 Alexandria Pike Line, in particular Paul. He really got me out of a pinch when I broke down on the interstate with a blown radiator while pulling a large boat. It was a complicated problem and Paul went out of his way to troubleshoot the possible issues, eventually getting to the solution that got me home 3 hours away. I cant thank him and Midas enough
