I have summer and winter tires, mounted on two separate sets of wheels. I came in to have the summer wheels and tires removed and the winter tires put on before leaving for a trip. It couldnt have been easier. They never bothered to check tire pressure and a few minutes into the trip, the tire pressure warning light came on. All 4 tires were 10 psi low. I filled the tires to the correct pressure and called to complain. The service manager (dont recall her name), said "well, the tech is new, with this just being a swap, he just hasnt done that." No apology. No concern whatsoever. This was something simple, but it is a safety issue. If I didnt have tire pressure monitoring, this could have caused a blown tire, an accident or worse. If they are missing small, but important things like correct tire pressure, what else are they missing?

Horrible experience. Went to get a headlight changed, waited 2 hrs for them to tell me it was an electrical issue they couldnt handle. Drove off and immediately noticed my engine light was on- it wasnt on when I got there. I took my car back and waited another 30 minutes for them to bring me a laundry list of big, expensive things that are apparently wrong with my car. Pretty convenient that light should come on right after they were messing around under my hood. They sent me on my way with nothing resolved, my car apparently trashed, and only frustration to show for the day I wasted in their lobby. Avoid these crooks at all costs!

I work retail and my schedule is pretty choatic. I desperately needed to get a tire replaced and couldnt find anyone to accommodate my time frame. As soon as I called this location I informed Scott of my dilemma and he said "come on down and well get you taken care of before you have to go to work." Sure enough I was in and out in about 45 mins. Price was extremely fair and I couldnt have been any happier with the service. They have my business from now on. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else after how positive my experience was. Very very highly recommended!

I cannot even tell you the extent of trouble these gentleman went through to help me. I called at the last minute needing new tires. They were going to price match a competitors tire until they found me a higher mileage tire for much cheaper. I had an unexpected emergency while I was there....one of the managers offered to let me use his car because they were working on mine. I was able to get other transportation but that is above and beyond. I will never take my car anywhere else. These fellows are fantastic.

Tony (the service manager) is straight forward and honest. He will walk you into the shop to show and explain exactly what needs repaired and what your options are. The were able to get my car in, pinpoint my issues (a broken seal that was leaking oil) and got it fixed quickly. We have also bought two sets of tires here in the last year, they run great specials (buy 3 get 1 free) which gave us 4 tires for each of our SUVs for around $400 per set which was much cheaper than any competitor.

I am so happy that I found this place. I am a 19 year old college student from Louisville. I have no family with me in NKY. I dont know anything about cars, and Scott took me out into the garage to show me what needed to be done to my car. I really appreciate the time he took to make sure I knew what was going on, and helped me make the best decision for my car. I would recommend this place to anyone! The whole staff is kind, and concerned about you and your car! GREAT experience.

Was told it would take 20 minutes to look at my flat tire...but it really took more than 40. When you check out you digitally sign... so you dont know what you are signing for. Was led to believe road hazard insurance was free and automatic... not true. Was also charged for a tire recycling fee...ok except that I kept the old tire, so was charged for nothing. Otherwise, service was great.

Have been using this locations crew for a while now. Brian and Matt have always been extremely accommodating. Good service and quality mechanics. The pricing is not always the best I found, but if you are in a pinch, and you are one of the regulars, theyll always take good care of you.
