I was very weary to go here after one bad experience some time ago, and then reading these reviews, but this was very close and convenient. After speaking with Mgr. Abraham on the phone I felt comfortable enough to bring my car in for a tune up, two new tires and oil change. They were MARVELOUS! They did it early and got me my car back before lunch as I had my little boys Christmas party to go to. They also replaced a much needed hose that I had priced elsewhere for $165.00, and they did it for $70!! My light came on that weekend (not for any service they did) and I returned Monday to see what it was. Kevin the other Mgr put it on the machine for free for me, and told me it was merely because I wasnt closing my gas cap all the way!!! I had no idea that it had to click at least 3 times to seal properly! Now anyone else would have saw $$$ and told me whatever, but they were SOO honest! And such gentleman! I will take my car here on Main street from now on. Sorry B&B Tire on Marietta Hwy, once you try to be shifty with the service and NOT do what you say...YOU LOSE!! Love me some Tires Plus now. Thanks for the MUCH needed change in management! Kevin and Abe ROCK! Go check em out and see! Oh, and not to mention they have the BEST prices around on quality tires too!

This is the best shop in Woodstock for routine maintenance such as brakes, tires, oil ect. I have been to just about every shop including the Honda dealership on 92, and they have the best customer service hands down, no arguments. They also back their work, but I have never even had an issue after picking my car up. Go here, save yourself the hassle, money, and frustration. I bought tires down the street once from the place that services Woodstock pd.... A couple weeks later I got a nail in my tire, and they charged me for fixing it because I didnt buy their warranty.... I HAVE NEVER HAD A NAIL IN MY TIRE, ever, and then 2 days later the tire was still leaking, and they charged me again because they had found a even smaller nail that they missed the first time. The Honda dealership is alright but they can be more expensive than tires plus. Basically go here, and only go to dealerships if you have to, and avoid everyone else. I have been to most shops in Woodstock, and I do not usually write reviews, so believe me you will be satisfied going here.

Tires are good however it took 2 hours to put on 2 tires. Super slow service. I also got a quote for other work to be done on my vehicle and I was able to find all 3 parts at Auto Zone for $330.00 cheaper than they said the parts cost. They also told me they get their parts from Auto Zone. So basically they jacked the exact same parts up $330.00. This was not the first time I have gone to them. I had 4 new tires put on my other vehicle and it took 3 1/2 hrs after I had an appointment the day before and when I showed up they didnt have my tires so I HD to reschedule. They apologized and gave me a free oil change coupon that was already expired. Save your time and money and try B&P tires on main street. They treat their customers well. I have also heard good about discount tires on 92 in woodstock.

I felt like these guys were so dishonest. I had some work done about a year ago, including new tires. Felt like they were pushing me at the time, but did everything they advised. When i brought it back for an alignment, they refused unless they did more work. When I took it to another local mechanic who is well known for his honesty, he did the work, explained that there were other things that could be done to reduce the alignment issue, but that it was no reason NOT to fix the alignment. So Tires Plus gives my a useless lifetime warranty on alignment. Wont ever go back, and will surely tell my hundreds of business relationships the same. Hopefully they can improve their ways, if I was only rating this on one visit, I would have been one of those more positive reviews.

Took my van in before vacation to have transmission fluid flushed. Charged me $100. Went and had my oil changed three weeks later at a Shell Quick Lube who told me I needed my transmission fluid changed and flushed. Told them I had just had it done 2,000 miles ago and they said it does not appear like it had been done. Took it back to Tire Plus and sure enough, it had not been done. I was told technician who was suppose to have done it was no longer there. I was ripped off. Paid for a service that was never performed. Tried three times to get it done "for free" but they never had the time. Will never take my vehicle there again for anything!

A couple weeks ago, we took our van in to have some "check engine light" work done. They took their time and got things fixed, saved us money, AND, we left with a new set of great tires. THEN, a few days later the check engine light came on again. Well, Jeremy had told us if this happened that we should call. We did and brought our van in again this past weekend. They looked again, got a NEW code, and fixed that problem. Were very happy with the service and experience dealing with Tires Plus in Woodstock,GA. Id like to personally thank Jeremy and Jeffrey for the outstanding jobs they have done.

I was greeted and assisted by the manager Jonathan. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He helped me pick out the tires I needed for my vehicle and didnt try to up sell me on anything. He stayed after hours to make sure my vehicle was done even though I brought it in late in the evening. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience and will be sure to recommend to all my friends and family.

They provided an excellent price on two new tires for my sons Nissan Altima. They were fast and professional. Had a problem with one of the hub caps and lost it after the service was performed...They replaced all four!! Exemplary customer service and have earned a new customer!! In a world where crappy service is almost expected, I think I found a winner. Well done Tires Plus!!

I was at tires plus for my oil change and Abraham found out that my rear shocks was leaking fluid out of it, i got in touch with the show room and their prices were too high. I got the work done at tires plus. The wait time was fair, the staff was courteous and Abraham did a good job. I will definitely come back.

I brought my car here for an alignment after Sears in Kennesaw couldnt fix it in three attempts. These guys found the busted tie rod end that Sears missed completely, and fixed the toe-out issue, and did it all within several hours. I bought a lifetime warranty on this service. Pricey - but I think worth it!

Do not take your car here unless its for TIRE PURPOSES ONLY!!!! I took my car in for a coolant system check & check engine scan. They ended up blowing my radiator and my head gasket and do not want to fix it!!! They trying to say it was my fault but I was driving my car good until I took it to the shop
