I will never recommend to my friends & never return to this store. One of the worst stores I have went. Also they always have a tendency to offer unwanted service & bundle up in your bill in the name of suggestion. If you need something their service will always be more than the original manufacturers one. Without realizing if the part/service which they advise is gonna help they will push you to go for it, eventually they will charge you heavily which will be a unwanted service to your vehicle. Manufacturer took $600 to fix it but Tires-plus without fixing, they started guessing & suggested some sensors (which they themselves wernt sure of), cost / labor took $1500+ without fixing it & again they suggested wheel alignment, fuel system cleaning which lasted one day then the engine maintenace will appear again. If you enter into an argument with them, they will offer you $150 off in the form of promotion but it will not be of use to you. In the end you they will just rob you in the name of unwanted service which they always suggest, but they will not offer you the exact service which you need. I have to choose at-least a star, that/s the reason I gave 1 star but Tires-plus, Smyrna is nt even worth a single star rating on this google review, Dont get carried away by their promotions, visit your manufacturer authorized dealer or other service centers. Best place to just inflate your tires, otherwise it will be one the Worst place if you go for service as they will use their service as a BAIT & they always have MANY SUCH TRAPS to cheat you:(

I am so thankful for Tires Plus in Smyrna. As a young woman, I hate going to auto repair shops alone, fearing I will be ripped off due to my assumed lack of knowledge of my vehicle. That is absolutely not the case with this location. I would highly recommend this Tires Plus location to other women and men with the same concern. I brought my car in this morning for a suspected dead battery. They took me in right away to check it out. At first, the test was reading that the alternator voltage was low and it needed to be replaced. Renee at the front desk was nice enough to suggest that I call the car manufacturer to ensure it wasnt under warranty since my car is fairly new. While on the phone with the manufacturer (who was informing me that my car was no longer under warranty), Renee ran out and let me know that they had discovered a loose plug, and the alternator actually did not need to be replaced. They could have very easily taken advantage of me and not informed me of this discovery. I would have paid for the fix and would have never known any better. I drove away with no problems and no charge. So, thank you, Tires Plus, for being honest and going above and beyond with your kindness. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this location to friends and family.

It was my first ever visit to Tires Plus and last too. I Went there to get my car inspected to get an idea of how much would be the over all expense to fix it. They suggested tire change, wheel alignment, fuel system cleaning. I told the technician (ANTHONY) not to do wheel alignment as I will bring my car back for wheel alignment next week after I get new tires installed from elsewhere but to my utter surprise that guy installed the new "Firestone" tires and billed for $631.00 which I refused to pay then he started negotiating saying "He can offer me better price ... so that he wont to work again to uninstall the tires" I refused the offer again and then he was really rude to me, he said "You are not good at communicating in English" then approached his supervisor in store and complained about him but her attitude was it happens. Finally, he removed the tires but since I got my car back there is some issue with my A/C power supply (my guess). The AC sometime works and sometime not. My recommendation do not go to Tire plus they are not nice to their customers.

Very Disappointed!!!! I had to take my vehicle for brake issues 3 times. The first visit on May 5, 2017 - I went there on a referral and they supposed repaired what the other shop told them to repair. I dont think they verified what was wrong. The second visit, on May 10, 2017, was because I knew my brakes were still not operating correctly, but they told me that everything looked fine. The last on June 6, 2017 was because my brakes were continuing to give me problems. They fixed the issue, but I ended up paying more than if they would have CHECKED what was wrong instead of taking another shops word (or even mine - I am not a mechanic). So unless you want to pay more and spend time going to them multiple times, I suggest you go to another shop. The manager offered me a store credit... YEAH like I want to go back and get ripped off some more.

Ive been to Tires Plus many times over the last couple of years, and Ive had good experiences. I mostly go there for oil changes and the free tire rotation. Make an appointment and youll be taken care of in 60-90 minutes. Also, there is generally a coupon you can ask about and theyll give you $10 off. Not bad! Yes, you will pay a price for labor, but no more than a dealership. I have never been pressured to buy something I dont need there, and for the minor things (air filter, etc.) Ive never felt a "hard sale" and my "no" has been respected. I was very happy yesterday when, after my oil change had been delayed to almost the two hour mark due to a gasket issue/spill, I was given the service free of charge (without asking!). Top notch customer service from Renee and team. Ill be back later this week for my other car. ;)

I would not return to this Tires Plus for any work. I paid them to check out my A/C because it was not blowing cool, because I had just refilled the freon. First they did not put my caps back on not to mention the fact that I could see out into the work area and they seemed to have been doing more standing around chatting and having lunch than working on cars while customers inside were waiting. They also told me I needed a new fuse for the A/C which on the receipt they mentioned they put on as a "courtesy", I checked the fuse box and the fuse was not in as they said. It turns out they typed on the receipt I may have to get the "condinser" potentially replaced but after I found the missing fuse and replaced it was A/C worked just fine. I will not return here for any future work.

A complete waste of time. Apparently there is no difference between an appointment at 10:30 a.m. or at 11:30 a.m. I tried to bring my car in and they were always too busy that I needed to schedule an appointment so I scheduled an appointment for a simple tire rotation at 10:30 in the morning I had my two kids with me in the waiting room. We sat there for an hour. At 11:30 I finally went up to the desk and asked how long does it take to rotate some tires? He said oh I was just going to get you, we actually could not rotate your tires today because the tread is too low. So you waited an hour to tell me that you could not complete what I had a scheduled appointment for? would not that be the first thing you looked at at 10:30?
