Had a pretty good experience with this location. Talked to a manager named David Marks and another guy named Kevin. There was also another shorter guy as well. They listened to my concerns about tires, sold me a set of four. Very quick! Told me my tire sensor may stay on for a few miles and then go away. this was normal. They were right on about that. These guys seemed really, really knowledgeable. Great price. They took a quick peek at my brakes and told me I have another 6 months before I should look into replacing them. Refreshing since every where I go they try to upsell the crap outta you. Midas, Merlin always seem to offer things you really dont need. They also told me that my air filter needs replacing. The overall feeling was that these guys...especially the Dave guy, were not trying to gouge me on things I dont need. Thats refreshing. The facility was super clean as well. I would go there again.

I purchased a used 2010 Toyota Corolla S, and brought it to this Car-X location for its inaugural oil change and a general vehicle inspection. The manager, Kevin, indicated a strong familiarity of my vehicle and walked me through every step of the vehicle inspection process. He and his assistant manager, also a service technician, did a fantastic job of explaining everything that they saw with my vehicle. I am very pleased with the level of service that I received, and was blown away by the excellent customer service and concierge that I received from this Car-X location. I will definitely return in the future! Review revised on May 27, 2016: Manager Kevin no longer works at this business, and the new management could not care any less about their customers vehicles. My recommendation is to STAY AWAY. There are plenty of better businesses in the immediate area.

I had ordered some brand new tires online and called this location to see if they could mount 19" tires. They told me to bring them in and they can look at it right away to see if they were able to do it. I showed up, waited my turn in line for 10 minutes, spoke with the person at the desk and I told him I had called to see if they could see if mount the tires. He then said "I can check them out in about 30-40 minutes." So you mean, Id have to wait 30-40 minutes for you to tell me if you can mount them or not? "yes" turned around and walked away. I went to discount tire, they walked out with me and looked and said yes, they can do it. I will never again use car-x and will not recommend. Thanks for being a jerk.

This was my first experience with CarX and I was pleasantly surprised. I went in with a couple of minor problems and was greeted immediately and was given a quick diagnosis. They told me the long term diagnosis which will involve time and money, but took care of my immediate needs at no charge. I was very impressed with their customer service and will definitely be back for any future car repair needs. The manager Kevin was very respectful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this business to all my friends.

I just moved to the area so was not sure where to take my car for brake service and decided to try car x. I was very satisfied with the customer service I received. The manager James was very patient with me while I had some phone calls to make to help me make a few decisions about repairs and was willing to work with me with pricing. I would definitely recommend this location and business to my family and friends for their vehicles. Thanks again. :)

I called for a muffler replacement and was immediately taken in with no wait. The work was done on time and for a reasonable price and the employees were very professional and friendly. Be sure to mention the coupon offer. The only small negative is that the waiting area was not very clean, and there was no WiFi, which would be very nice while waiting for the repair work to be done.

the experience I had with Kevin Sperling as manager of CarX is definitely one of the best. not only is he trustworthy caring and compassionate he truly give you the best prices for your car.there are not very many mechanics you can trust nowadsys with your car but Kevin Sperling is definitely one that I can and know that he is giving me a fair price and what he is talking about.

This place is the worst. I drove my car in after hours and dropped the keys in the drop box. In the morning, they claimed the car would not start and that I needed the starter motor replaced. Either it died overnight while sitting in their parking lot or someone was trying to take advantage of me. When I did complain they offered to tow the car back to me at a cost.
