DONT GO HERE!! We own an insurance company in Nashville and I was visiting family in Lexington and my window stopped working. I took it to them and they charged me $84 just to look at it and tried to charge me $70 an hour for multiple hours. The end result?? I paid $121 to get my CADILAC ESCALADE drivers window DUCK TAPED!!!!! They were very unprofessional and treated me like I would NEVER treat my own clientele. Bad service. Bad attitudes.

I drive a Ford F150 that had heater problems. I had paid another local shop to FIX the problem. They did not. They also charged me an outrageous price only to have the problem continue! I took my vehicle into Downtown Auto Care and they instantly fixed the problem and a very low price! Very courteous staff and professional work! I highly recommend them!

Was on a road trip passing through town and our A/C went out! Stopped and asked around in that small town, and was directed to Pudge at Downtown Auto Care. They literally took my car right in and fixed the A/C in less than an hour, all at a reasonable rate! Talk about southern hospitality, they couldnt have been nicer about it! Highly recommend!

My friend used this place to fix his truck and they treated him horrible! Threatening to charge him $70 an hour until he pays almost $100 bucks just for a quote!!! Crazy! I would never use this place.
