Ive used this Firestone shop for a few years to get tires mounted, balanced, and wheels aligned. I am very particular about the feel of my cars in terms of unusual vibrations at high speeds so doing the balance and alignment correctly is very important. They have always done a very good job at Firestone on Vann Drive. Yesterday I took my new used Mazdaspeed 6 for the above and to get a new Interstate Battery. They did absolutely great work and didnt even charge me for some stuff like installing the battery because I told them I could do that myself. They seem very professional - get the work done in a timely manner, and give your car back without any surprises. I would definitely recommend them for tire/wheel alignment etc. I usually buy my tires at Tire Rack and they are a recommended installer in our area.

We were hauling our camper back to PA from MS on a Friday afternoon and had a brake line crack and start leaking. Found this Firestone after a call to AAA and discovered they were open all weekend. The team at this store helped us by diagnosing and putting their best brake mechanic(Kenny)on the job. Tyler and Nick said it would take all day Saturday and it did. They started at 7 am and they worked all day and finally finished at 8:30 pm! We hooked back up to the camper and were on our way back to PA. Thanks Kenny, Nick, Tyler, Ronald and gang! great job!

Ive been a loyal customer for years but that didnt seem to matter to them. We purchased 4 new affinity tires which had 75% life left. Always rotated, wheel alignments done as requested. Tires began to roar due to wheel bearings gone bad immediately after they did a bad alignment which they admitted and replaced but let the manager go for doing so. The current management would not replace the wavy tires they created. I argued my point heavily to no avail so Ill take my business elsewhere.

Have been to this location twice. The first time they were over an hour and a half later than they had initially told me and completely unapologetic. The second time they were almost two hours later than the time they told me. I had also told them I needed a tire plugged and they told me it could not be plugged and I needed to get a new tire. This was completely false as I already had it plugged. Do not recommend.

I have used this location for several years and have always found the staff very professional. In most cases they are willing to go above and beyond to keep me a loyal customer. The prices are not the lowest in Jackson however the warranty on their services justifies the added cost for me. In addition I am able to send my daughter in to get her vehicle serviced and trust that she will be taken care of.

I dont want to ever go there again, I was lied to over the phone and they were too busy to check what I asked but not busy enough to charge close to 1200.00. I always assume that everyone can keep their word and make sure their clients are satisfied. Thank God for apps that record calls because they tried to tell me things just to get more money. Grade F. The company as a whole has been a disappointment. They didnt add enough oil to my oil change and ruined my 2003 car with only 79 k miles. They refuse to fix it even if the Nissan dealership they sent it to says its possible Firestone made the mistake. Still lacks good customer service.

This place has been taking care of me ever since I came to Jackson for college over six years ago. They provide great service and are nice to customers. I have never felt scammed or like a job was done poorly. Only downside is they are often quite busy - but thats because they are so good!

This guys are all about the money and I was fool enough to believed them. Telling me that he could only sell the 4 tires set because he cannot sell me the two I needed. but since I was flat on my way back to NY I didnt even think twice and agree to that stupidity

Live Fit

Low tire sensor came on this morning as we were about to get on interstate, probably due to cold weather. Stopped by this Firestone & even though they were busy they checked all 4 tires & added air as necessary. I was in & out in less than 10 minutes.

They provided quick service despite being very busy. We were driving through on a 16 hour trip with a trunk full of heavy equipment. They were up front about everything, very polite, and they got the work done in less time than they quoted.

Wouldnt perform a wheel swap because my tires were used even though I bought the tires from them. I can assure you I will never buy another set of tires from them again. Go to gateway tire down the street they are first class folks.

Not truly sold on this place. I took a 2014 Dodge Ram to them for a tuneup and a few other things and the next day I started having engine trouble. I wound up having to get a new motor put a truck that had only 104,000 miles on it.
