Had some work done under warranty on my Mustangs transmission last summer. Still wasnt sure if I was experiencing a problem afterwards, and I tend to stress a bit about my car. I was recommended to this shop by a friend, saying they were honest and pressure free. Next morning I was passing by about 10 am, and asked if I could come in around 2 and if they could take it for a spin, talking to Vito. All I wanted was a professional opinion saying, "Yes, it drives just fine," or, "No, somethings wrong here." Came in and found out they were the ones who did the warranty work for the dealership, and Vito remembered my car. Went for a ride with me and told me he felt there was nothing wrong with the car. He made sure to produce situations with me in the car to try to replicate what I was noticing, and answered all my questions. I know a good bit about cars, but nothing compared to some people, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. Vito let me on my way, free of charge, with a simple, "If you need anything else, give us a holler." Great guy to deal with. Honest, knowledgeable, and most importantly, wont try to rip you off. Will definitely come here if I ever need anything done.

My husband and I brought our van here in 2008 and after paying half of what we owed we fell into financial hardship and were unable to pay off the remaining balance for almost 1 1/2 years. The kind gentleman, Bill Lieberum, kept it stored for us until we were able to come get it at no additional cost! They were quick and efficient on their end and our van ran smoothly upon picking it up. We had intended on writing a review a LONG time ago but the info got packed away and forgotten about.

Transfer Case replacement.... great quality work...owner honored the quote he gave me over the phone... very honest and professional. Very respectful too. answered every question i asked and i felt satisfied.... Im not a mechanic but i have enough knowledge to identify when a mechanic is not being honest. This guys tell the truth and will diagnose you problem accurately. Im a satisfied customer and highly recommend this place. Thanks Vito and Charlie.

Had a trans problem. No idea where to go or if id get a fair price. This place was perfect. Great price, not only did the guy work out the best deal while keeping the good quality of the parts but he also called me every step BEFORE starting to fix a problem. I am newer to the area so I was looking for a dependable and honest mechanic... The service was excellent! I called and they worked me in the same morning. Accurate diagnosis on the issue with my vehicle. The repair did not require any replacing of components (even though I thought it would). I will go back and I would recommend to my friends and family.

Very considerate and polite. All around honest guys. They fixed my truck for what they said they would and when I went back for the follow up check they also fixed an issue that had nothing to do with the original work. And they fixed it for free and sent me on my way. I will always return for any transmission work I need done in the future.

My neighbor recommended me here because I was having transmission problems. Turned out to be a catalytic converter. The shop that checked it out initially said the transmission needed to be rebuilt to fix it. Thank you Transmatic.
