I was riding with a friend while pulling a 29ft powerboat when we caught a nail in one of our rear pickup truck tires. It was about 4:00 on a Friday afternoon during the spring/summer season. They gladly took us in spur of the moment with no appointment necessary. They saved the day and also saved us lots of additional problems! We could hear the air coming out of the tire puncture as we were pulling into their parking lot. Thank you Adams Automotive for helping us out and being such a customer friendly company. We will always remember that experience when we are towing a boat to the Fox River Chain.

For years, I took my Lexus to dealers for repair. Always expensive but on one occasion, they recommended that I repair my rear brakes, showing me a measurement of the linings. Well, I decided to take my car to Adams and they said I certainly didnt need new brakes, and saved me a lot. The brakes have been fine for 1 1/2 years since! Two weeks ago, I took it in for general safety check and oil change, and the mechanic reviewed prior history records and explained everything to me...all for a cost of $25! Thank you, Adams!

Ive only taken my vehicle to Adams a couple times now but their work and insight has been top-notch. I recently had the transmission go out on my 2003 Silverado 1500. They were able to fit me in the week of, and have all the work done by the end of the week. They recommended replacing it with a remanufactured unit. I now have an updated transmission with warranty for 3years/100,000miles. The truck has never shifted so smooth.

5 stars all day. Our truck broke down at Country Thunder on a Thursday night. Safe to say, we were a little worried. We called up Adams the next morning and they got us in immediately, fixed everything for a solid, fair price. Same day. Done. Talk about some folks who know how to run an automotive business. Stands by their work, had a blow out and they replaced the tire for free even though tire manufacturer refused to warranty. They dont overcharge and find actual problems and will tell if they are worth fixing.
