Been looking for a trusted mechanic havent you? Been burning through credit cards and cash, and wondering when its going to end? How about, its been fixed when it hasnt? Or knowing that its a hit and miss, and youre too tired of searching for a good mechanic. Look, Ive been there and done that, and finally, we have found a place where our cars are looked after. Since 2012 when I first came limping in with a semi flat tire, Phil, his Dad Ernie, and the rest of the Team at B&B have been first rate. If you have an emergency, they take it AS an emergency. Also, they are cost friendly. And what I mean is: They wont OVERCHARGE, and offer you reccomendations without slapping the part on, then billing you an arm and a leg. The Team is EXTREMELY honest, and if youve been seaching like I had, and need a place for your car to call "home", B&B is it. Walk in the reception room if you dont believe me. Youll see all the "Thank you" cards and letters added to the wall of honor from all of their customers. Were one of them, and this review is much better than a card wed write to add to your wall, because after all, we want many others out there to let them know that we thank you for all you have done in the past guys.. Anyone who wants to know. I brought my truck here for maintenance, I was told they do good work and are very reasonable. When I went in everything seemed find (now I know they saw me as just dollar signs). I got an oil change and tire rotation. When I ask what kind filter and oil was being used, they told me , and I asked if they manufacturers parts. I was told if that is what I want I should go back to the dealer. Then I asked if they reset my oil change reminder, again I was told I should go to the dealer. After I saw the bill, I do not understand why I was reffered to them the price is not much less ( a buck or 2 ) and I was told to go back where I bought my truck for things they could not do. Just wanted to let people know if they can do a simple thing like reset the oil change reminder, what else on these newer trucks and cars will they just say take it back to the dealer. As for the price i saved 2 dollars But as for time I still needed to go the dealer Best if I would have just stayed there

Let me start out by telling you that I was an automotive mechanic for several years but I dont feel like working on my cars any more. I have taken my car into B&B Auto for work on a few occasions and I have found them to be 100% honest, reputable and very caring about their clients cars. I was in for some work today and they also found that a repair part that was replaced a year ago was defective. They replaced the defective part and didnt charge me for parts or labor even though it was technically after the warranty period was over. Their parts prices are very good and they use only high-quality parts as far as I can tell. Their labor charges are fair and honest. I have dealt with Phil and I have total respect for his business both as a customer and also as a former auto mechanic. Believe me- I know good-quality auto workmanship when I see it. I will be taking all my cars to B&B for future repairs.

We were looking for a Jeep for our 16 year old daughter and found one at a local dealership however we lived a couple hours away. My husband contacted this mechanics place to see if they did inspections and he said for $50.00 they would. Upon completing the inspection he had a list of several items to repair so we agreed to pay and have them repaired and were told the Jeep then received a certified mechanics inspection. Upon getting the Jeep home we took it to our Mechanic to do just a couple more repairs we knew about and our Mechanic found the front axle is broken. So much for a certified mechanics inspection and putting faith in someone to do an honest inspection. Now feeling like because we were not locals we were taken advantage of maybe by both this mechanic and the dealership.

We use B and B exclusively for our small fleet of cars. Phil and Ernie are world class in terms of auto repair and they go beyond the call to do what needs to be done at very affordable rates. I had nearly 40 years of auto repair nightmares before finding B and B and we refer all family and friends to them. Everyone we have referred to them is now a loyal B and B customer. If you give them a shot, it will be immediately apparent that you found a shop that can be trusted to do what is needed professionally and and at a fair price rather than trying to scare you into a $1,500 "johnson rod" (Seinfeld reference). In all seriousness, I doubt you could find a more ethical and honest car repair shop athat performs top notch service. They have our highest recommendation, period.

We have been very pleased with B&B with various work done on or Aviator. We found B&B just a couple of months ago and are very pleased to have gotten that lucky. These folks are fair, honest and go way beyond the call. I can begin to say how impressive this company is and we appreciate the way they do business. We have already recommended family members and they are just as impressed as we were. Going to an auto mechanic is usually an ordeal, ends up costing far more than imagined and can be frightening but with these fine folks it is a pleasure. We are small business owners and know that treating people like B&B does is the best advertising you can possibly have. They are exceptional, very honest and shockingly ethical.

I was looking at buying a car in the area from out of state and found Phil / B&B Auto Repair on the internet. Phil was great to work with and did an inspection of the car I was about to purchase. He was honest in telling me what work needed to be done on the car and provided a thorough assessment. Based on his findings I decided not to purchase the car and he saved me from spending $7500 on a car that would have not been worth it. Huge thanks to Phil for being so great to work with and for saving me from a $7500 mistake.

These guys are the best. My wife and I both drive high Mileage vehicles and we have been going to B&B for years now and they always help us keep our vehicles on the road and not break the bank. They are very knowledgeable and stand behind their work. I have sent a bunch of people there and will keep sending people. They are stand up people in an industry that seems to have so many scam artists and weekend warriors trying to be real mechanics. GO HERE!! These guys are great!!!!
