I came to Braasch Automotive through a coworker who told me that she found Lenny (the owner) an honest person and an excellent mechanic. I had previously taken my car to a national chain shop in the area, and left that shop with a very high estimate (for a lot of work that didnt have much much to do with the problem), several components left undone under the hood and feeling like I was being taken for a ride. After Lenny looked the car over, he took all the time needed to explain exactly what the problem was- what had broken down, what the options were to repair it, and fair prices. No up-sell, just honest appraisal of the problems and how severe they were. Based on my previous experience, I am skeptical of mechanics, but I have complete confidence and trust in Lenny. I have found him to be a masterful craftsman and a man of integrity. He is very detailed, cutting no corners; he will not call the job complete until he is sure he has done all he can to do it right. I have brought my car to him multiple times and been very pleased every time. I have recommended this garage to several coworkers who have reported having the same experience as me. I will gladly recommend this place to anyone, and I will continue to bring my vehicles here.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Braasch Automotive. I do most of my own maintenance on my car but this time I had a problem that I could not figure out. Braasch found the problem and was able to fix it in the same day. They also took the time to show me the bad part and how it was causing the problem. I wish I would have taken the car to them first, but for me Braasch Automotive is a little out of my way so I had taken my car to a different garage that was closer to me. The other garage I won’t say the name but they could not find the problem and I spent more money with them then I spent at Braasch who actually fixed the problem. Next time I will take my vehicle straight to Braasch.

Ive been using Braasch for a couple of years now to get my cars repaired. Theyve always done a great job. Finding a good mechanic that you can trust is important. Braasch is that kind of place. There were a couple of times where I took my car in expecting an expensive repair. They could have fixed the problem and told me it was what I thought and charged a lot, but they were honest and gave me the correct lower quote. They are always friendly to talk to and have always described everything they do to my car. They even go the extra mile on the work, like cleaning up rusty fittings, that others wouldnt touch.

I took a flyer on Brassch as they were close to our house and had good reviews. We had a clunking sound in our van and i took it to a few places to get checked out and they werent able to diagnose the issue let alone fix it. I took it to Brassch and Lenny had it diagnosed within an hour and was easy to deal with and even helped cut costs down. I am very pleased with the overall experience and work that was done on the van; no more clunking. Ill be sure to be go back for all our automotive needs; they are now someone we trust and know will do the right thing for us!

The owner Lenny has done a lot of work on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra and I have never been disappointed. Lenny is very thorough when he inspects your car. He is honest about the repairs needed and the cost. He is also honest about what the priorities are of your repairs. He will tell you if you can put off a repair or not. Braasch Motors is in a safe location so you never need to worry about your car if you drop it off the night before. Braasch Motors is the place if youre looking for a reasonable price and a reliable mechanic who fixes the problem the first time!
